推进青海公共安全治理体系与治理能力现代化研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着青海经济社会快速发展,传统的利益格局和社会结构发生急剧变化,公共安全事件有不断增多的趋势。受特殊区位环境与条件的影响,青海各类突发事件大多具有较为鲜明的区域特点。因此,只有系统梳理和把握青海公共安全发展态势,深入分析其原因,推动公共安全治理体系和治理能力的现代化,才能保障青海人民群众生命财产安全,为经济社会发展创造良好的环境与条件。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society in Qinghai, the traditional interest pattern and social structure have changed dramatically, and the public safety events have been increasing. Under the influence of special regional environment and conditions, most of the unexpected events in Qinghai have distinct regional characteristics. Therefore, only by systematically combing out and grasping the development situation of public security in Qinghai, analyzing its causes in depth, and promoting the modernization of public safety governance system and governance ability, can the safety of life and property of the people of Qinghai be guaranteed. Create favorable environment and conditions for economic and social development.
