[Abstract]:The procedure to improve the reform of the administrative examination and approval system is to establish procedures such as information disclosure, expert demonstration, risk assessment and public participation. First, the information disclosure is the premise of expert demonstration, risk assessment and public participation. During the process of administrative decentralization, the governments at all levels shall actively disclose the names of the projects to be cancelled and approved.
