从毛泽东到习近平——中国共产党人多民族观的演化视角

【摘要】：中国共产党人摈弃了历史上长期存在的消极的多民族观,从毛泽东起开始建构积极的多民族观。中国共产党历代领导者在不同时代背景下不断丰富、发展着积极的多民族观。他们持有的积极的多民族观有共性和鲜明的个性。中国共产党人积极的多民族观经过一个较长的演化过程后,逐渐演化成多民族优势论。这种演化具有一些基本特点。习近平关于多民族是我国发展的一大有利因素重大论断的提出,标志着多民族优势论的正式确立。这是对历史上多民族问题论的重大突破,是对中国特色民族理论的一大创新,极大拓展了多民族国家发展的新空间。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Communists abandoned the long-existing negative view of multi-nationality in history and began to construct the positive view of multi-nationality from Mao Zedong. The leaders of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have been rich in different times and developed a positive view of multi-nationality. They hold the positive multi-national view has the common character and the distinct individuality. After a long evolutionary process, the Chinese Communists' positive view of multi-nationality gradually evolved into the theory of multi-ethnic superiority. This evolution has some basic characteristics. Xi Jinping's conclusion that multi-ethnic is one of the major favorable factors for China's development marks the formal establishment of the theory of multi-ethnic superiority. This is a great breakthrough to the theory of multi-ethnic issues in history, a great innovation to the theory of nationalities with Chinese characteristics, and a great expansion of the new space for the development of multi-ethnic countries.
