关于我国社会企业发展路径的研究

【摘要】：社会企业作为一种新兴的现代社会治理创新载体,已在我国开始兴起。一方面,非营利组织的发展遇到诸如资源短缺、竞争加剧、依赖性强、可持续性发展较难等问题,正在积极寻求创新转型道路;另一方面,企业在社会企业责任的推动下,不再单纯追求经济效益,开始越来越关注社会效益,越来越注重承担社会责任,在商业运作中不断追求模式创新。社会企业是一种介于非营利组织和企业中间的形式。社会企业的发展目标是为了解决某类社会问题,具有经济性和社会性双重属性,其提供的产品和服务同样具有经济性和公益性双重特征。对于社会企业来说,它既不是纯粹的企业,也不是一般的社会服务。不同于企业的是其最终目的和目标,不同于社会组织的是其运营手段与方式方法。它是社会组织与企业的融合体,是企业和社会组织的交叉领域,即运用企业经营与管理的模式、方式,获得利润和自身发展,但其不用于分红而用于社会公益与慈善,推动社会发展与进步,重于社会价值多于经济价值。本文作者采用质性研究方法,结合专业实习过程中对实习单位相关工作的参与、对实习单位的观察以及与实习单位相关工作人员的访谈和对其他多个社会组织的实地考察与了解,选取两种不同形式转型的社会企业案例作为分析对象,对我国社会企业的发展路径进行了概括、总结和探索,以便于我国其他有志于走社会企业道路的社会组织和企业参考、学习。同时,作者也对我国当前社会企业发展的现状做了描述,指出了当前我国社会企业发展遇到的一些问题,并提出了促进我国社会企业发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:As a new innovation carrier of modern social governance, social enterprises have begun to rise in our country. On the one hand, the development of non-profit organizations is facing such problems as shortage of resources, intensified competition, strong dependence, difficult sustainable development and so on, and is actively seeking the path of innovation and transformation. On the other hand, under the promotion of social enterprise responsibility, enterprises no longer simply pursue economic benefits, begin to pay more and more attention to social benefits, pay more and more attention to social responsibility, and continue to pursue mode innovation in business operation. Social enterprise is a form between non-profit organization and enterprise. The development goal of social enterprises is to solve certain social problems, which has the dual attributes of economy and sociality, and the products and services provided by them also have the characteristics of economy and public welfare. For social enterprises, it is neither a pure enterprise nor a general social service. What is different from the enterprise is its ultimate goal and goal, and what is different from the social organization is its operation means and method. It is the fusion of social organization and enterprise, and the cross field of enterprise and social organization, that is, using the mode and mode of enterprise management, to obtain profit and self-development, but not to share out dividends, but to use it for social public welfare and charity. Promoting social development and progress is more important than social value than economic value. In this paper, the author adopts qualitative research method, combined with the participation of the relevant work of practice units in the process of professional practice. The observation of the practice unit and the interview of the staff concerned with the internship unit and the field investigation and understanding of many other social organizations, two kinds of social enterprise cases of different forms of transformation are selected as the analysis object. This paper summarizes, summarizes and explores the development path of social enterprises in China, so as to facilitate the reference and study of other social organizations and enterprises which wish to follow the path of social enterprises. At the same time, the author also describes the current situation of the development of social enterprises in China, points out some problems encountered in the development of social enterprises in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of social enterprises in China.
