政府2.0:欧洲战略与实践

【摘要】：政府2.0是互联网演化和延伸的一个新阶段,它与Web2.0技术的兴起和广泛运用紧密相关。分析了政府2.0的内涵与特征,阐述了欧洲主要国家的政府2.0发展战略,并根据欧盟在线公共服务状况年度报告中的服务类型划分,通过获取中央政府网站上的电子政务概况说明,对法国、德国、意大利和英国四国运用政府2.0工具的实践进行了分析和评估。
[Abstract]:Government 2.0 is a new stage of Internet evolution and extension, which is closely related to the rise and wide application of Web2.0 technology. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of government 2.0, expounds the development strategy of government 2.0 in major European countries, and classifies the types of services according to the annual report on the state of public services online in the European Union. This paper analyzes and evaluates the practice of using the government 2.0 tool in France, Germany, Italy and Britain by obtaining the e-government fact sheet on the central government website.
