【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,以单位制消解和社区建设勃兴为主要内容的社会体制变革从根本上改变了中国社会的基层结构。但作为新中国成立以来中国社会的基本社会构架,单位并没有完全退场,而是以"隐形在场"的形式继续发挥影响。在典型的单位社区场域内,单位的"隐形在场"一般表现为"权力资本"的潜在运行、"文化资本"的历史积淀和"关系资本"的内在延续三种主要形态。可见,在后单位社会来临的背景下,单位元素虽然开始褪色,但仍通过"隐形在场"的方式影响着社区建设的模式选择与发展进程,对于新时期社区的公共性建构及其功能发挥,产生了重要影响。对于单位社区而言,如何恰当地处理好"单位"与"社区"之间的关联,成为新时期中国基层社会治理活动展开的关键。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the reform of social system, which focuses on the dissolution of unit system and the flourishing of community construction, has fundamentally changed the basic structure of Chinese society. However, as the basic social structure of Chinese society since the founding of New China, the unit has not completely left the scene, but continues to exert its influence in the form of "invisible presence". In a typical unit community field, the "invisible presence" of the unit is generally manifested as the potential operation of "power capital", the historical accumulation of "cultural capital" and the inherent continuation of "relational capital". It can be seen that under the background of the coming of post-unit society, although the unit elements begin to fade, they still influence the mode selection and development process of community construction through the way of "invisible presence". It has an important influence on the public construction and function of the community in the new period. For unit community, how to properly deal with the relationship between "unit" and "community" has become the key to the development of social governance activities at the grass-roots level in China in the new period.
