【摘要】：社会治理是国家治理的重要组成,现代化的社会治理需要在健全的治理体系的基础上,采用科学的方法来解决社会问题,实现治理目标。共享理念的指导则强调的是行为方式和参与主体的整合,联合整个社会的力量推进治理进程。
[Abstract]:Social governance is an important component of national governance. Modern social governance needs to adopt scientific methods to solve social problems and achieve governance goals on the basis of sound governance system. The guidance of the shared concept emphasizes the integration of behavior and the main body of participation and unifies the power of the whole society to promote the process of governance.
