单位主流群体的衰变困境和突破路径

【摘要】:正我国单位里的人员,在强大的体制和组织背景下与单位建立起极强的依赖关系,形成了持续互动、结构稳定和认同明确的各类群体。以业缘群体为基础的主流群体是单位人员构成的主体,是单位价值观念和决策执行的主导,是单位各类资源的主宰。在转型期,单位制度的变迁及单位内部分化、单位功能变化不可避免地作用于单位主流群
[Abstract]:Under the strong system and organizational background, the personnel in the units in our country have established a strong dependence relationship with the units, forming various groups with continuous interaction, stable structure and clear identity. The mainstream group based on the occupational group is the main body of unit personnel, the leading factor of unit value and decision-making, and the master of all kinds of resources. In the transition period, the unit system changes and the unit internal differentiation, the unit function change inevitably acts on the unit mainstream group.
