美英澳政务社交媒体文件归档的经验及启示

【摘要】：政务社交媒体文件是反映政府职能活动和政府公民互动的新型档案资源,在保存政府活动记录、服务民生、传承社会记忆等方面具有重要的价值和意义。本文基于美英澳三国在政务社交媒体文件归档的政策指南、归档项目方面的经验和国内政务社交媒体管理现状的分析,尝试从政策指引、社会合作、法律保障等不同层面探索可行的归档策略,为推进我国政务社交媒体文件归档实践工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:Government social media document is a new type of archival resource which reflects the government function activity and the government citizen interaction. It has important value and significance in preserving the government activity record, serving the people's livelihood, inheriting the social memory and so on. Based on the analysis of the policy guide, the experience of the archiving project and the current situation of the management of the social media in the government affairs, this paper tries to analyze the policy guidance and social cooperation in the three countries of the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. This paper explores feasible archiving strategies at different levels, such as legal protection, and provides a reference for promoting the archiving practice of government social media documents in China.
