新形势下东部城市民族问题及其治理

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放的进一步深入和城市化水平的不断提高,东部城市的少数民族流动人口越来越多,城市民族工作范围扩大、内容增加,工作方式亟需转变。在实际的民族工作中存在思想准备不足、法制建设不到位、公共服务和管理缺失、工作机制不匹配等问题,东部地区应从加强社区公共服务平台建设、建立流出地与流入地政府间协作机制、营造良好的民族法律文化环境以及加强民间社会组织等四个方面推进城市民族工作。
[Abstract]:With the further deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, there are more and more minority floating population in eastern cities, the scope of urban ethnic work is expanded, the content is increased, and the way of work needs to be changed. In the actual national work, there are some problems, such as inadequate ideological preparation, inadequate legal system construction, lack of public service and management, mismatch of working mechanism, etc. In the eastern region, the construction of community public service platform should be strengthened. It is necessary to establish a cooperative mechanism between the governments of outflow and inflow areas, to create a good national legal and cultural environment and to strengthen civil society organizations to promote the work of urban nationalities.
