【摘要】：正针对"郡县制传统与当代中国治理"这个主题,我简要谈以下几点思考:第一,郡县制传统与当代中国的治理。第一个核心词我认为是"传统"。何为"传统"?历史上发生过,且经过近代百年革命政党的批判否定仍然传到当代的,即为"传统"。这些制度只是"名"发生了变化而"实"没有变,是为"传统"。凡历史上发生又在历史流变的过程中消逝的制度、习俗、观点还有其他等等,即"非传统"。对于没有传到当代并且没有统入到当代制度观念中去的那些
