我国中小企业服务机构发展的问题及破解路径

【摘要】：随着中小企业快速发展,中小企业服务机构业务范围不断扩大,围绕企业服务需求开展社会化、专业化、市场化服务,为中小企业发展壮大提供了重要支撑,但也面临着不少困难。文章结合我国中小企业最迫切需要满足的创新难、融资难、招工难、接单难、管理难等企业服务需求,把中小企业服务机构划分为技术支持、投资融资、人才培训、市场开拓和管理咨询等主要服务机构类别,并分别对不同类别服务机构存在的问题进行深入剖析,归纳总结出其存在的共性问题。为有效破解这些问题,应该结合中小企业现实服务诉求和企业服务机构所处的发展阶段,进一步明确发展原则、整合服务资源、搭建平台网络、完善配套政策,积极探索中小企业服务机构的科学发展路径。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the business scope of small and medium-sized enterprises' service institutions has been continuously expanded. But it also faces many difficulties. Combined with the service needs of SMEs in China, such as innovation, financing, employment, order, management and so on, this paper divides the small and medium-sized enterprises into technical support, investment financing, talent training, and so on. The main types of service organizations, such as market development and management consulting, are analyzed in depth, and the common problems of different types of service organizations are summarized. In order to solve these problems effectively, we should combine the actual service demands of small and medium-sized enterprises and the development stage of enterprise service organizations, further clarify the development principle, integrate the service resources, build the platform network, and perfect the supporting policies. Actively explore the small and medium-sized enterprise service organization scientific development path.
