大学生志愿团队激励研究

【摘要】:伴随资本主义的产生与发展,市场经济的快速推动为志愿者发展提供了经济的支持,以大学生志愿者公益性学生社团为主力军,星星之火可以燎原,促使全国志愿者群体和队伍的崛起。近几年,越来越多大学生的投入志愿者行列,渐渐成为我国志愿者军队不可或缺的组成部分。然而,大学生志愿团队在组织志愿服务时,出现一些问题,影响了服务的效果。本文通过问卷和访谈,分析大学生志愿者团队的问题,以豪斯综合激励模型为依据,总结工作本身、任务完成和外部因素三方面存在的问题,进而引出工作倦怠对志愿者、服务对象和社会的影响,再从社会工作的角度,以小组工作介入,帮助志愿者克服困难,提高效率。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of capitalism, the rapid promotion of market economy provides economic support for the development of volunteers. Taking the public welfare student associations of college students as the main force, the spark can start a prairie fire and promote the rise of volunteer groups and teams throughout the country. In recent years, more and more college students put into the volunteer ranks, gradually become an indispensable part of the volunteer army in our country. However, when the volunteer team of college students organizes voluntary service, there are some problems, which affect the effect of the service. Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper analyzes the problems of college students' volunteer team, summarizes the problems existing in the work itself, task completion and external factors on the basis of House's comprehensive incentive model, and then leads to the influence of job burnout on volunteers, service objects and society, and then from the point of view of social work, helps volunteers to overcome difficulties and improve efficiency.
