【摘要】：相比起发达国家,中国私募股权投资市场的发展刚刚步入正轨。中国通过30多年的改革开放积累了巨大的财富,这些长期以储蓄方式保存的资金需要寻求更高收益的投资渠道。目前我国正在大力支持高新科技产业的发展,而高新科技产业从科技创新成果转化为实际生产力的过程必然需要综合性、全方位的金融支持。除了传统的银行信贷倾斜与国家财税优惠,私募股权投资在发展新兴产业和推动社会科技进步等方面,必将发挥不可取代的作用。因此,私募股权投资市场的发展趋势和私募股权投资的退出机制需要分析和研究。本文拟研究我国私募股权投资市场的历史沿革及发展现状,重点剖析了我国私募股权投资的退出机制,并对其中存在的普遍性问题与障碍提出了可行的解决方案。首先,本文阐述了研究背景和意义,说明深入探究私募股权投资内涵和退出模式的必要性；其次,概述了私募股权投资基金的投资理论、分类和投资操作流程；介绍了我国私募股权投资市场发展的历史,分析了融资结构、投资规模、投资类型、投资阶段、投资行业、投资领域和退出方式；然后,重点研究了我国私募股权退出的机制及现状,并列举了实际的案例进行分析；最后,探讨了我国私募股权投资发展及退出机制遇到的问题,并提出了一些意见和建议。希望本文能为我国私募股权投资的发展略尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Compared with developed countries, China's private equity market is just on track. China has accumulated huge wealth through more than 30 years of reform and opening up. These long-term saving funds need to seek higher income investment channels. At present, our country is vigorously supporting the development of high-tech industry. However, the process of transforming high-tech industry from scientific and technological innovation to actual productivity is bound to require comprehensive and all-round financial support, in addition to the traditional bank credit tilt and national fiscal and tax preferences. Private equity investment in the development of emerging industries and promote social science and technology progress, will play an irreplaceable role. The development trend of private equity investment market and the exit mechanism of private equity investment need to be analyzed and studied. This paper intends to study the history and development of the private equity investment market in China, focusing on the analysis of the withdrawal mechanism of private equity investment in China. And put forward the feasible solutions to the universal problems and obstacles. Firstly, this paper expounds the research background and significance, and explains the necessity of exploring the connotation and exit mode of private equity investment. Secondly, it summarizes the investment theory, classification and investment operation process of private equity investment fund. This paper introduces the history of the development of private equity investment market in China, analyzes the financing structure, investment scale, investment type, investment stage, investment industry, investment field and exit mode. Then, the paper focuses on the mechanism and current situation of private equity withdrawal in China, and enumerates the actual cases for analysis; Finally, this paper discusses the problems encountered in the development and withdrawal mechanism of private equity investment in China, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions. It is hoped that this paper can contribute a little bit to the development of private equity investment in China.
