金融泡沫的形成机制及测控体系研究

【摘要】：货币的出现和货币制度的形成为金融泡沫植下了形成的种子，而在微观经济因素和宏观经济因素的共同作用和人们的心理预期以及各种其他因素的共同作用下，泡沫开始形成并且在正反馈和人们的心理预期的作用下不断运动，使泡沫不断发展直至泡沫破裂。在人类社会有历史记录以来，金融泡沫一直是伴随着人类经济社会发展的，，人类通过经济社会的发展，对金融泡沫的认识也在不断加深，但金融泡沫却仍旧不定期的形成和破裂，并对人类社会造成或大或小的影响。这些年随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，以及世界经济一体化的进程进一步的加快，使我们看到，一个地区、一个国家越来越不能单单的仅以本国经济发展为重点，而不顾其他因素的一门心思只以GDP为发展目标的进行粗狂性的发展，因为任何国家的竞争不单单只是GDP的竞争，还包括着多方面的竞争，包括资源和文化方面，因此，我们往往只是从最基本的GDP来入手，而在发展中却忽视了相配套的很多其他部分，这就极易导致经济出现过热，资源跟不上经济发展的步伐，从而导致金融泡沫进而导致经济危机的产生。为了防止本国金融危机的产生，金融泡沫的预警和监测必不可少，本文试图从金融泡沫的历史案例入手，在理论分析的基础上试图找出金融泡沫形成的原因，并通过对金融泡沫的原动力、载体、助推器的分析得出金融泡沫的形成机制同时初步对金融泡沫测控机制进行分析研究，从而以期得出一些对金融泡沫有益的认识。
[Abstract]:The emergence of money and the formation of monetary system planted the seeds for the formation of financial bubble, and under the joint action of microeconomic and macroeconomic factors and people's psychological expectations and various other factors, Bubbles begin to form and move under the influence of positive feedback and people's psychological expectations, so that bubbles continue to develop until they burst. Since the history of human society, the financial bubble has been accompanied by the development of human economy and society. Through the development of economy and society, the understanding of financial bubble is deepening, but the financial bubble is still formed and burst, and it has a great or small influence on human society. With the development of China's economy, the improvement of people's living standards, and the further acceleration of the process of world economic integration, we have seen that a region, More and more, a country cannot focus solely on its own economic development, but regardless of other factors, it can only develop with GDP as its development goal, because the competition of any country is not just the competition of GDP. There is also competition in a variety of ways, including resources and culture, so we tend to start with the most basic GDP, but in development we ignore many other parts of the mix, which can easily lead to overheating. Resources fail to keep pace with economic development, which leads to financial bubbles that lead to economic crises. In order to prevent the emergence of financial crises in our country, early warning and monitoring of financial bubbles are essential. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper tries to find out the causes of the financial bubble, and through the analysis of the driving force of the financial bubble, the carrier of the financial bubble. The analysis of booster shows that the formation mechanism of financial bubble and the measurement and control mechanism of financial bubble are analyzed and studied preliminarily in order to obtain some beneficial understanding of financial bubble.
