工业企业上市公司竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入发展，我国企业面临的市场竞争也日趋激烈。目前，我国仍处于新型工业化的初级阶段，工业企业在国民经济中仍然占主导作用，为此研究工业企业竞争力，特别是关于工业企业上市公司的竞争力评价问题具有现实意义。本文较系统地阐述了企业竞争力的相关理论，并对有关学者的工业企业上市公司竞争力评价研究进行了梳理；初步设计了工业企业上市公司竞争力评价指标体系，然后根据调查问卷结果，对指标体系进行优化；运用因子分析法和层次分析法求解出各评价指标的权重，，结合各评价指标的评价标准，建立了新的工业企业上市公司竞争力评价模型。在工业企业上市公司竞争力评价模型的应用方面，本文以安徽省工业企业上市公司为研究对象，通过对该省十四家工业企业上市公司竞争力的评价，进一步分析发现，安徽省工业企业上市公司发展存在人力资源竞争力不强、财务状况有待改进、供产销协调能力有待提高、科技创新能力欠缺、社会贡献力度不够等问题，提出了实施人才战略、改善财务状况、提高供产销协调能力、推进科技创新、重视社会贡献等提升安徽省工业企业上市公司竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. At present, China is still in the primary stage of new industrialization, and industrial enterprises still play a leading role in the national economy. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the competitiveness of industrial enterprises, especially the evaluation of the competitiveness of listed companies. This paper systematically expounds the relevant theories of enterprise competitiveness, and combs the relevant scholars' research on the evaluation of the competitiveness of listed companies in industrial enterprises, and preliminarily designs the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of listed companies in industrial enterprises. Then according to the results of the questionnaire, the index system is optimized, and the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by using factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation criteria of each evaluation index are combined. A new model for evaluating the competitiveness of listed companies in industrial enterprises is established. In the application of the competitiveness evaluation model of listed companies in industrial enterprises, this paper takes the listed companies of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province as the research object, through the evaluation of the competitiveness of 14 industrial enterprises listed companies in the province, further analysis and discovery, There are some problems in the development of listed companies of industrial enterprises in Anhui Province, such as the weak competitiveness of human resources, the financial situation to be improved, the coordination ability of supply and marketing to be improved, the ability to innovate in science and technology, and the insufficient social contribution, etc. To improve the financial situation, improve the production and marketing coordination ability, promote scientific and technological innovation, attach importance to social contributions and other industrial enterprises in Anhui Province to enhance the competitiveness of listed companies countermeasures and suggestions.
