新疆上市公司对经济增长促进作用的实证研究

【摘要】：一个地区上市公司的形成与发展与所处区域有着密切的关系，地区经济的成长也与地区内企业的发展息息相关。一方面，作为市场经济主体的企业尤其是上市公司这样的优秀企业的发展会对所处区域经济发展起到相当的推动作用；另一方面，，区域内的自然资源禀赋情况，经济状况以及产业结构情况等因素也将对上市公司的发展产生影响，尤其区域的特色往往是企业核心竞争力形成的源泉。本文在分析上市公司促进经济增长作用机理的基础上，实证研究了上市公司主要通过哪些方面来推动经济的增长。 1994年新疆的第一家企业上市，至今，新疆已有37家上市公司，但是与全国经济发展水平相比，新疆经济发展较慢，证券化程度较低，新疆上市公司能否促进经济的增长是我们研究的主题。首先，我们分析了新疆上市公司与经济的基本状况。然后，我们运用灰色关联的分析方法研究上市公司的筹资状况、上市公司的规模、上市公司的利税能力、上市公司的资产流动性、上市公司的股权结构、上市公司的人力资本状况等因素中，哪些是经济增长的主要影响因素，哪些是经济增长的次要影响因素。并且，根据分析结果，提出了发挥上市公司的优势，做大做强上市公司，繁荣发展虚拟经济，增强新疆经济实力，促进新疆经济健康发展。通过定性的分析新疆上市公司的所得税贡献、就业贡献和支柱产业贡献，得出结论，新疆上市公司的所得税逐年增加，新疆上市公司对就业的贡献越来越大，新疆迫切需要技术人才和知识性人才，农业在新疆经济发展中起到了越来越重要的作用；通过灰色关联分析发现，上市公司的规模与经济增长及上市公司的职工人数与经济增长，均存在较强的相关关系，说明我们应通过扩大上市公司规模和增进就业水平等方面促进经济的增长。
[Abstract]:The formation and development of a regional listed company is closely related to the region in which it is located, and the growth of regional economy is closely related to the development of enterprises in the region. On the one hand, the development of enterprises as the mainstay of the market economy, especially of outstanding enterprises such as listed companies, will play a considerable role in promoting the development of the regional economy; on the other hand, the natural resource endowment situation in the region, Economic conditions and industrial structure will also affect the development of listed companies, especially the characteristics of the region is often the source of the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of promoting economic growth of listed companies, this paper empirically studies which aspects of listed companies promote economic growth. In 1994, Xinjiang's first enterprise listed on the market. So far, Xinjiang has 37 listed companies. However, compared with the level of national economic development, Xinjiang's economic development is relatively slow, and the level of securitization is relatively low. Whether Xinjiang listed companies can promote economic growth is the subject of our research. First of all, we analyze the basic situation of listed companies and economy in Xinjiang. Then, we use the grey correlation analysis method to study the financing situation of the listed company, the scale of the listed company, the profit and tax ability of the listed company, the liquidity of the assets of the listed company, the equity structure of the listed company. Among the factors such as the human capital status of listed companies, which are the main influencing factors of economic growth and which are the secondary factors of economic growth. According to the analysis results, the paper puts forward that the listed companies should give full play to their advantages, make the listed companies bigger and stronger, prosper and develop the virtual economy, strengthen the economic strength of Xinjiang and promote the healthy development of Xinjiang's economy. Through qualitative analysis of income tax contribution, employment contribution and pillar industry contribution of listed companies in Xinjiang, it is concluded that the income tax of listed companies in Xinjiang is increasing year by year, and the contribution of listed companies in Xinjiang to employment is increasing. Xinjiang urgently needs technical and intellectual personnel, and agriculture has played an increasingly important role in Xinjiang's economic development. There is a strong correlation between the scale of listed companies and economic growth, the number of workers and staff of listed companies and the economic growth, which indicates that we should promote economic growth by expanding the scale of listed companies and increasing the level of employment.
