地方政府财政赤字与经济增长关系的时空分析——基于分税制后省级财政的经验观察

【摘要】：为揭示中国地方政府财政赤字与经济增长的时空演变特征,应用脱钩理论及基于弹性分析法改进的脱钩程度判定标准,以1997—2012年为时间界限,以T1、T2、T3、T44个时期为时间尺度,以全国及30个省、直辖市、自治区为空间尺度,对中国及各省区财政赤字与经济发展脱钩程度,及时空演变特征或规律进行定量判定与综合分析。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of local government fiscal deficit and economic growth in China, the decoupling theory and the improved criterion of decoupling degree based on elastic analysis are applied to determine the decoupling degree. The time limit is 1997-2012, and the time scale is T _ 1 / T _ 2 / T _ 3T _ 3 / T _ 44. On the spatial scale of the whole country and 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the degree of decoupling of fiscal deficit from economic development, and the characteristics or laws of space-time evolution in China and its provinces are quantitatively determined and comprehensively analyzed.
