长株潭地区正规金融、非正规金融与产业集群关系的实证研究

【摘要】：产业集群的健康发展需要包括非正规金融在内的各类金融的支持。本文基于2001-2010年间的面板数据,运用面板数据回归模型,对长株潭地区正规金融、非正规金融与产业集群发展的关系进行计量分析。结果显示,长株潭地区正规金融与产业集群之间存在长期稳定的促进作用,但非正规金融对产业集群存在较强的阻碍作用,且影响程度超过正规金融对集群发展的促进作用。因此,需加强对非正规金融的监管,积极发展正规金融,促进正规金融与非正规金融协调发展的建议。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of industrial clusters needs various financial support including informal finance. Based on the panel data of 2001-2010 years, this paper uses panel data regression model to analyze the relationship between formal finance, informal finance and industrial cluster development in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan areas. The results show that the regular finance and the regular finance in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan region There is a long-term stability promoting role between the industrial clusters, but the informal finance has a strong hindrance to the industrial cluster, and the degree of influence exceeds the promotion of the regular finance to the development of the cluster. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the regulation of the informal finance, actively develop the formal finance, and promote the coordinated development of the formal finance and the informal finance. Suggestion.
