国有控股上市公司核心竞争力评价实证研究

【摘要】：关于企业核心竞争力的研究，从来没有像今天这样显得如此重要。这不仅是鉴于市场竞争的残酷现实，还因为企业要实现可持续发展，保持竞争优势也要依赖于核心竞争力。国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱，国有控股上市公司作为国企中的一种特殊形式，在国有企业改革攻坚阶段，其发展也受着市场等各方面的挑战。正确分析国有控股上市公司可持续发展的障碍，加强国有控股上市公司核心竞争力的研究是目前解决国有企业改革向纵深发展的必然选择。本文在国内外学者关于企业核心竞争力的研究理论的基础上，提出对国有控股上市公司核心竞争力的理解，选择核心竞争力评价作为研究对象，，学习并借鉴了前人研究的有益成果，结合财务管理相关知识，确定出国有控股上市公司核心竞争力的构成要素主要包括的增值性、核心性、领先性、整合性及动态可持续性等五个方面内容。科学构建基于可持续发展的企业核心竞争力评价指标体系，运用主成分因子分析法对样本企业的核心竞争力进行评价，评价结果与样本企业实际情况基本一致，验证了指标体系与评价方法的有效性，并针对相关问题提出了政策建议等，为客观评价我国国有控股上市公司核心竞争力提供了有益的参考。
[Abstract]:The research on the core competence of enterprises has never been more important than it is today. This is not only due to the cruel reality of market competition, but also because the enterprises to achieve sustainable development, to maintain competitive advantage also depends on the core competitiveness. State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of our national economy. As a special form of state-owned enterprises, the development of state-owned enterprises is also challenged by the market and other aspects. Correctly analyzing the obstacles to the sustainable development of state-owned holding listed companies, Strengthening the research on the core competence of state-owned holding listed companies is the inevitable choice to solve the problem of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper is based on the research theories of domestic and foreign scholars on the core competence of enterprises. This paper puts forward the understanding of the core competence of the state-owned listed companies, selects the evaluation of the core competence as the research object, studies and draws lessons from the beneficial results of previous studies, and combines the relevant knowledge of financial management. It is determined that the components of the core competence of the state-owned holding listed companies mainly include the value added, the core, the leading, the integration and the dynamic sustainability. Scientific construction of enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system based on sustainable development, using principal component analysis method to evaluate the core competitiveness of sample enterprises, the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation of sample enterprises. The effectiveness of the index system and the evaluation method is verified, and some policy suggestions are put forward in view of the related problems, which provide a useful reference for objectively evaluating the core competitiveness of the state-owned holding listed companies in China.
