民营上市公司竞争力评价研究

【摘要】：在当今激烈的市场竞争中,企业需要不断提高自身的竞争力以求得生存和发展。随着民营企业队伍的壮大,民营企业上市的势头越来越猛,但民营上市公司的竞争力与国有等其他类型的上市公司相比显得非常薄弱。民营上市公司要在激烈的市场竞争环境中生存,就必须加强自身能力建设,获取竞争优势。然而,我们首先要客观科学的评价其竞争力情况,以了解相关缺陷和不足。因此,民营上市公司竞争力评价研究具有重要的意义。本文的主要研究内容及研究成果包括以下几个方面： (1)介绍了民营上市公司竞争力评价的研究背景,提出了本文的研究主题、研究目的和研究内容。 (2)对企业竞争力理论和竞争力评价方法等理论基础和相关研究进行了梳理和综述,在此基础上界定了本文所研究的民营上市公司的内涵,明确本文研究的民营上市公司必须要满足的三个条件。 (3)分析了民营上市公司竞争力的影响因素和形成机理,运用专家调查法筛选并最终确定了民营上市公司竞争力评价指标体系,选择因子分析法作为评价方法,得出民营上市公司竞争力评价模型。 (4)将评价模型应用于湖南、湖北、河南华中三省民营上市公司的竞争力评价,利用SPSS13.0统计分析软件进行因子分析得出评价结果,并对结果进行了分析,进一步明确了本文的研究意义,在此基础上提出了本文的不足及未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In today's fierce market competition, enterprises need to constantly improve their competitiveness in order to survive and develop. With the development of the private enterprises, the listed companies are becoming more and more powerful, but the competitive power of the private listed companies is very weak compared with other listed companies such as the state. In order to survive in the fierce market competition, private listed companies must strengthen their own ability construction and gain competitive advantage. However, first of all, we must objectively and scientifically evaluate its competitiveness in order to understand the relevant defects and deficiencies. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the competitiveness of private listed companies. The main research contents and results of this paper include the following aspects: (1) introduce the research background of the competitiveness evaluation of private listed companies, put forward the research theme, research purpose and research content of this paper. (2) combing and summarizing the theoretical basis and related research of enterprise competitiveness theory and competitiveness evaluation method, and defining the connotation of private listed companies studied in this paper. This article studies the private listed companies must meet the three conditions. (3) analyzing the influencing factors and forming mechanism of the competitiveness of the private listed companies, selecting the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the private listed companies by using the method of expert investigation, and choosing the factor analysis method as the evaluation method. The evaluation model of the competitiveness of private listed companies is obtained. (4) the evaluation model is applied to evaluate the competitiveness of private listed companies in Hunan, Hubei and Henan provinces. The evaluation results are obtained by factor analysis with SPSS13.0 software, and the results are analyzed. The research significance of this paper is further clarified, and the deficiency and future research direction of this paper are put forward.
