中国大陆与香港股票市场的比较研究

　　股票市场作为资本市场的重要构成部分,在经济中承担着极其重要的资金与资源配置功能。目前中国大陆的股票市场与有效股票市场的目标之间还有相当的距离。如何把中国大陆的股票市场建成有效市场,是学术界和决策界共同关注的焦点。 香港股票市场(以正式股票交易为标准)自1891年诞生已经有100多年的历史,而大陆股票市场只有20年历史。我认为,中国香港股票市场发展的经验与教训对完善中国大陆股票市场有重要的借鉴意义。因此,本文通过比较中国大陆与香港股票市场发展的特点与现状,指出它们存在的问题及其发展方向。 本文分为以下三部分: 在第一部分,我介绍了几种理论用来解释股票市场的一般运行规律和资产估价原理,并特别介绍了解释中国股票市场运行特点的理论观点。这些理论分为四方面:股票投资原理、证券资产选择理论、资产估价理论和中国股票市场的特点。 第二部分包括三章内容,我对中国大陆和香港股票市场进行了比较分析。在第一章,笔者分析了中国大陆股票市场的运行特点,重点从股票市场的结构(A股和B股市场)、海内外上市程序与条件、上市公司的特点、包括上海和深圳股票交易所在内的股票交易市场的特点、监管...
