农村中学生攀比心理研究

【摘要】：中国正处于一个经济迅猛发展的时期,国民生活水平日益提高,但人均财富的分配差距越来越大,使得日常生活中的攀比现象愈加突出。攀比会造成资源的浪费甚至影响到人们的价值观和人生观的塑造。在我国农村中学生的教育过程中,不难发现,攀比的现象已经出现在学生之间。农村中学生之间的攀比之风,会影响学生的学习热情,降低学校的学习氛围从而影响学生学习成绩的提高。如何能及时的发现并控制盲目攀比行为造成的不良影响,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。解决好农村中学生的攀比心理教育问题,关系着我国整体教育的未来。农村中学生这个特定学生群体的家庭经济情况以及父母的受教育水平等,都对学生的心理健康成长起着不可忽视的作用。本文对农村中学生的攀比表现和攀比心理成因进行了详细分析,并在此基础上提出了一些整体化的建议和策略。首先家庭的教育方式和方法要合理得当,为学生做出表率作用;其次学校要努力构建良好的校园环境,为学生的心理健康成长提供优质的服务,教师在教学过程中要引导学生良性竞争,摆脱盲目攀比的困扰。同时,学生要提高独立意识和自信心,抵制攀比心理带来的消极影响。最后,政府应建立合理的农村中学教师培训机制,并努力构建和谐社会,为农村中学生的心理健康成长保驾护航。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of rapid economic development, and the living standard of citizens is increasing. However, the distribution gap of per capita wealth is bigger and bigger, which makes the daily life phenomenon more prominent. It will cause the waste of resources and even the shaping of people's values and outlook on life. In the education process of rural middle school students in our country, it is not difficult to find that the phenomenon of comparison has already appeared among the students. The wind between the rural middle school students will affect the students' enthusiasm for learning and reduce the learning atmosphere of the school so that the students' learning achievement will be improved. How to find and control the adverse effects caused by blind climbing behavior in time is an urgent problem to be solved. To solve the problem of the psychological education of the rural middle school students is related to the future of the whole education in China. Rural middle school students' family economic status and their parents' education level all play an important role in the growth of students' mental health. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the performance of the rural middle school students and the causes of the comparison, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies on the basis of this. The ways and means of education first, the family must make reasonable and appropriate role for students; secondly, schools should strive to build a good campus environment for the growth of the mental health of students to provide quality services, teachers should guide students to compete in the teaching process, to get rid of trouble blindly. At the same time, students should improve their independent consciousness and self-confidence, and resist the negative impact of comparison. Finally, the government should establish a reasonable training mechanism for rural middle school teachers, and work hard to build a harmonious society to protect the mental health of the rural middle school students.
