【摘要】：孔子的学生有三千,无类别、年龄、阶级之分,其"以德服人",给每个学生传授其应学、适合学的知识,让其真正地学到知识。其"学而不厌,诲人不倦"的教学精神是现代教师评价的标准,也是现在教师学习的目标。其在教育上"因材施教",了解学生的长短处,然后根据特点将其培养成为有用之才。
[Abstract]:Confucius has three thousand students, class, age, class, the "virtuous", to impart the knowledge of science, should be suitable for each student to learn real knowledge. The "spirit of teaching have an insatiable desire to learn, be tireless in teaching others" modern teacher evaluation standards, and is now the target of teacher learning.
