【摘要】:自21世纪数字化时代的到来,信息技术的应用渗透到社会生活的各个工作领域,从国家科研开发到金融数据管理,从军事科技武装到医药信息学,信息技术已经从根本改变了一切。在教育领域,教育信息化不仅指导教师培养信息化思维,更专注教师积极深入的应用信息技术来促进教育的改革和发展。为了规范我国教师信息化建设,由教育部颁发的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》将教师的信息技术应用能力培训的关注度推上了从未有过的高度,同年的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训课程标准(试行)》更是对教师培训内容的严谨概况,为更新一轮的教师培训提供了科学的指导纲领。以提升教师信息技术基本应用力,学科教学力和自我持续发展力为目标培养信息社会创新人才为目的,逐步建立符合社会经济发展的现代化教育队伍。由近年来中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训现状来看,仍然出现培训模式单一,培训内容陈旧等一系列问题。笔者通过问卷、访谈和实地考察,了解潜江教师信息技术应用能力和培训现状,对其进行研究分析,发现其中的问题。基于微信公众平台提出相应的新型培训模式,以混合式学习理论为基础,以微信公众平台为技术支撑,以解决教师教学实际问题为宗旨,通过对分析问卷、深入访谈,进一步了解教师的学习需求,并以《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》为依据制定不同培训模块的培训内容,并结合微信公众平台的特有功能,详细的提出不同时期的具体培训策略以提高教师的培训积极性,并配以大量真实学习案例供教师学习研讨,并在培训结束之后持续不断的提供培训后的学习服务。在培训过程中充分体现教师的主体能动性,通过建立讨论区实现教师自我知识的建构和发展,以小组合作学习充分培养了教师的探究能力,在培训中期为特定的培训内容设计微问卷来快速获得教师学习情况,及时做出调整。通过对培训前后教师的学习情况进行问卷调查,通过教师学习态度、学习完成情况、自身能力提升、培训后续支持等方面进行总结:基于微信公众平台的混合式教师培训模式是较为实用的,对提升教师信息技术应用能力是有成效的。
[Abstract]:Since the advent of the digital era in twenty-first Century, the application of information technology has penetrated into every field of social life. From national research and development to financial data management, from military technology to medical information, information technology has fundamentally changed everything. In the field of education, educational informatization not only guides teachers to cultivate information thinking, but also focuses on Teachers' active application of information technology to promote educational reform and development. In order to regulate teachers' informatization construction in our country, the technical application ability of primary and middle school teachers' Information Standards issued by the Ministry of Education (Trial) "of the" high degree push has never been concerned teachers information technology application ability training, teachers' information technology in primary and secondary schools of the same year "should be used training curriculum standards (Trial)" it is the training of teachers for the rigorous content survey, provided guidelines for the scientific update round of teacher training. In order to enhance the basic application ability of teachers' information technology, discipline teaching and self sustainable development, and cultivate innovative talents in information society, we should gradually establish a modern educational team that is suitable for social and economic development. In recent years, the current situation of information technology application ability training of primary and secondary school teachers still appears a series of problems, such as single training mode and old training content. Through questionnaires, interviews and field visits, I understand the status of information technology application ability and training of teachers in Qianjiang, and find out the problems. WeChat public platform is presented based on the corresponding new training mode, based on blended learning theory, with the WeChat public platform for technical support, in order to solve the practical problems of teaching for the purpose, through the analysis of the questionnaire and in-depth interviews, to further understand the teachers' learning needs, and to "the standard of teachers' information technology application abilities in primary and secondary schools (Trial)" training content for different training modules as the basis, combined with the unique features of WeChat public platform, put forward specific training strategies in different periods in detail to improve the teachers' training enthusiasm, and with a large number of real case study for teachers to study, and at the end of the training after continuous training after learning services. Reflect the subjectivity of teachers fully in the training process, through the establishment of the discussion area realize the construction and development of teacher self knowledge, in order to fully develop a cooperative learning teachers' inquiry ability in training middle specific training content design questionnaire to obtain quickly the teacher learning situation, make timely adjustments.
