【摘要】：随着社会的进步和发展,生活节奏的加快,社会对人才需求的提高,当代大学生的心理压力增大,出现心理不适人群日益增多,有的甚至因为心理障碍而严重影响身心健康。民办高职院校学生作为大学生的特殊群体,受其自身入学条件和就读环境的影响,其心理健康问题尤为突出。因此,对当前民办高职院校学生心理健康现状和对策进行研究显得尤为重要。本论文旨在通过分析A民办高职院校学生心理健康的现状和原因,寻求可行性对策。全文包括四章：第一章：绪论。阐述研究背景和意义,界定心理健康相关概念,总结国内外研究现状,介绍具体的研究内容和方法。第二章：A民办高职院校学生心理健康调查研究。对A民办高职院校学生进行问卷调查和个案访谈,总结民办高职院校学生心理健康方面存在的主要问题。第三章：民办高职院校学生心理健康问题原因分析。主要分析了学生个体因素、学校教育因素、社会支持因素对民办高职院校学生心理健康的影响。第四章：民办高职院校学生心理健康对策研究。通过上文的原因分析,从引导学生树立正确的心理健康教育观；强化民办高职院校心理健康教育实施；营造民办高职院校学生心理健康教育环境三个方面提出解决对策。本文的初衷在于通过对A民办高职院校学生心理健康问题的分析和探讨,以寻求民办高职院校开展大学生心理健康工作行之有效的措施。大学生心理健康教育是一个社会性的系统工程,仅仅靠某一个人、某一个群体、某一个地区是不可能解决的,因而解决心理健康问题需要借助学校环境、家庭环境和社会环境的密切配合和共同努力,以及自身修养等途径,目的是要建立民办高职院校学生心理健康教育的综合体系,实现学生心理健康的自我调适,最终达到促进学生身心健康全面发展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the social progress and development, accelerate the pace of life, increasing social demand for talent, the contemporary college students' psychological pressure, psychological discomfort and the increasing of people, some even because of psychological obstacles which seriously affect the physical and mental health. Private vocational college students as a special group of college students, influenced by its own admission conditions and studying the environment, the mental health problem is particularly prominent. Therefore, the current mental health status of private vocational college students and countermeasures is particularly important. This paper aims at the status and the reasons of the psychological health of the students in Private Higher Vocational Colleges A analysis, seeking the feasible countermeasures. This thesis consists of four chapters: the first chapter: introduction describes the research background and. The significance, defines the related concepts of mental health, summarizes the research situation, the specific research contents and methods. The second chapter: A Private Higher Vocational College Investigation on the mental health of the students of A school. Students in private higher vocational colleges conducted a questionnaire survey and case interview, summarizes the main problems of private college students' psychological health. The third chapter: analysis of the causes of mental health problems of students in private vocational colleges. The main analysis of the students' individual factors, school factors, psychological factors on the effect of social support private vocational college students health. The fourth chapter: the Countermeasures of the psychological health of the students in private vocational colleges. Through the above analysis of the causes of mental health education, establish the correct view of the students; strengthen the mental health education of private higher vocational colleges; create three aspects of environment of psychological health education of students in private vocational colleges. This paper proposes the solution countermeasure the original intention is through the analysis and discussion of students' psychological health problems of A in private higher vocational colleges, to seek private higher vocational college School students' mental health work effective measures. The mental health education of college students is a social system project, only one person, one group, a certain area is not resolved, thus solving the problems of psychological health need the help of the school environment, family environment and social environment closely and together, as well as self accomplishment, purpose is to establish a comprehensive system of psychological health education of students in private vocational colleges, realize students' mental health self adjustment, to promote the all-round development of the students' physical and mental health.
