【摘要】：教育理论、政策与实践三者并不是我们所想象的传递关系,政策也并非仅仅是联系理论与实践的桥梁或中介。这三者实际上是一种三足鼎立的关系,相互关联。教育理论、教育政策与教育实践分属三个不同的群体,教育理论对教育实践和政策制定的作用有限;教育理论难于指导实践,制定好的政策在实践中也常常存在失真的现象,政策与实践存在很多困境和冲突。
[Abstract]:Education theory, policy and practice are not the transmission relations that we imagine, and policy is not just a bridge or intermediary between theory and practice. Education theory, educational policy and educational practice belong to three different groups, and educational theory has limited effect on educational practice and policy making. Education theory is difficult to guide practice, and there is often distortion in the practice of making good policies. There are many difficulties and conflicts between policy and practice.
