【摘要】:高中阶段作为一个特殊时期,是学生青春期到成人阶段转型的关键时期。需要逐步学习、理解和承担社会和家庭赋予的角色和责任。高中新生,在经过层层选拔之后,他们对于自我的期待往往更高,但是进入高中之后,由于学习压力的突然增加、课业负担加重、教师的教学方面出现改变、加之同学之间的熟悉程度不够等多种环境因素的变化。同时由于高中生面临的高考压力很容易出现厌学弃学的情况,严重影响着高中学生的学习和生活质量,更容易引发各种不良的心理问题。在寄宿制学校的管理中,由于管理模式较为严格,学生很难有时间进行个体心理咨询工作,因此如何充分利用校内资源,并通过最短的实践,进一步实现对学生的心理辅导工作,是每一个一线教育工作者需要解决的问题。因此本文通过对海拉尔实验高中为例,分析了寄宿制学校在高一新生心理辅导方面存在的各种问题,针对现阶段发展的存在的问题,分析其产生的主要原因,并提出相关的解决方案,希望能够推动学校新生心理适应辅导工作的更好发展。
[Abstract]:The high school stage is a special period of adolescence is the key period for students to adult stage of transformation. Need to gradually learn, understand and bear with social and family roles and responsibilities. High school freshmen, after layers of selection, for their self expectations are higher, but after entering high school, due to a sudden pressure increase and the schoolwork burden, the teacher's teaching change, change and familiarity between the students such as the lack of a variety of environmental factors. At the same time as the high school students face the pressure of college entrance examination is prone to abandon school weariness, seriously affect high school students' learning and life quality, more likely to cause psychological problems in all kinds of bad. In the boarding school management, because management is strict, it is difficult for students to have time for individual psychological counseling, so how to make full use of the school Through the practice of resources, and the shortest, the further implementation of psychological counseling for students, every educators need to solve the problem. This article through to the Hailar experimental high school as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the boarding school freshman psychological counseling, aiming at the existing problems of the current stage of development the analysis of the causes, and puts forward relevant solutions, hope to be able to promote the better development of student adaptation to psychological counseling.
