“立德树人”的理论内涵与实践方略

【摘要】："立德树人"是当代教育理论界出现的一个重要语汇,对其内涵的正确把握需要立足于当下,立足于教育实践和社会生活实践,但也需要尊重其语源学上的涵义,从"立德""树人"之间关系上加以把握。"立德树人"根本任务的确立,既为学校德育指明了未来发展方向,也是对当前我国教育的总体性关切的理论成果。它拓展了教育的实践领域,强调整个社会中包括学校教育、家庭教育以及其他教育形式在内的各级各类教育,提出了更高的教育目标。"立德树人"的理论内涵包括教育过程的"上者"立德,即教育者以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,"立德"是"树人"的前提和基础,以及教育的"助益"特性。在"立德树人"这一根本任务之下,德育应当超越主渠道,以总体性理念重构德育体系;超越课程化,推进学校德育的路径重整;超越教师伦理,全面实现教育的总体合道德性和学校自律、教师垂范。
[Abstract]:"Lide Shuren" is an important term in the field of contemporary educational theory. The correct understanding of its connotation needs to be based on the present, educational practice and social life practice, but it also needs to respect its etymological meaning. The establishment of the fundamental task of "setting up moral education" indicates the direction of future development of moral education in school. It is also a theoretical achievement of the overall concern for education in our country. It has expanded the practical field of education and emphasized all levels and types of education in the whole society, including school education, family education and other forms of education. The theoretical connotation of the theory includes the "upper person" in the educational process, that is, the educator to establish his body with virtue, to learn by virtue, to teach by virtue, and "to establish virtue" is the premise and foundation of "tree man". Under the basic task of "establishing morality and creating people", moral education should go beyond the main channels, reconstruct the moral education system with the overall idea, transcend the curriculum, promote the path reorganization of moral education in schools, transcend the ethics of teachers. Fully realize the overall moral nature of education and school self-discipline, teachers down the norm.
