协同与融合:全日制教育硕士研究生培养中的双导师制研究

【摘要】：分析了全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生教育中双导师制的实施状况,从树立正确指导理念、完善协同培养机制、建立双导师激励机制、构建全程贯通一体化实践模式、设立学科教学实践平台等五个方面,提出了完善全日制教育硕士研究生双导师机制的策略。结合东北师范大学学科教学领域全日制教育硕士研究生培养综合改革实践,探讨了以协同培养为中心、理论与实践相融合的双导师培养机制的构建策略。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the implementation of the double tutors system in the graduate education of full-time master's degree in education, sets up the correct guiding idea, consummates the cooperative training mechanism, establishes the incentive mechanism of the double tutors, and constructs the practice mode of the whole process of the integration of the two tutors. In this paper, the author puts forward the strategy of perfecting the double tutor mechanism of full-time education master graduate students, combining with the comprehensive reform practice of full-time education master graduate training in the field of subject teaching in Northeast normal University, such as setting up the subject teaching practice platform and so on. This paper probes into the construction strategy of the cultivation mechanism of double mentors, which is centered on cooperative cultivation and combines theory with practice.
