【摘要】:教育政策学作为一门独立的学科,构建科学完备的学科体系是其成熟的重要标志。学科论和教育政策学学科的基本理论是构建教育政策学学科体系的方法论基础。本文从作为一门学科的教育政策学结构层面出发,构建教育政策学学科体系的三种形态,即以知识形态为核心、以组织形态为基础、以活动形态为表现形式的教育政策学学科体系。第一章是教育政策学学科体系的核心概念界定。本章首先界定关涉教育政策学学科体系研究的核心概念,包括“学科”、“学科体系”、“教育政策学”、“教育政策学学科体系”,对其内涵与外延进行研究,为构建教育政策学学科体系的三种形态确定概念边界。第二章是构建教育政策学学科体系的方法论阐述。在相关概念研究的基础上,以学科论和教育政策学学科的基本理论为指导,深入研究教育政策学学科体系构建的方法论问题。第三章是构建教育政策学学科体系。首先,通过对作为一门学科的教育政策学,在结构层面上划分为三种形态,并对三种形态的关系进行探讨,提出构建教育政策学学科体系的三种形态。其次,从我国教育政策学学科发展的不同阶段出发,梳理出教育政策学学科体系的知识形态,在知识形态基础上,构建教育政策学学科体系的组织形态和活动形态;最后,对国外教育政策学学科体系的三种形态的现状进行分析,继而为构建我国教育政策学学科体系的三种形态有所借鉴,完善我国教育政策学学科体系。第四章是我国教育政策学学科体系的问题和对策研究。通过分析我国建国以来具有一定代表性的185本教育政策学著作和教材、教育政策学科专家的访谈总结、以及搜集整理的资料,得出目前我国的教育政策学学科体系还不够完善,三种形态的教育政策学学科体系发展极不均衡,组织形态和活动形态的教育政策学学科体系建构相对滞后和缺失。
[Abstract]:As an independent discipline, the establishment of a scientific and complete discipline system is an important sign of its maturity.The basic theory of discipline theory and education policy discipline is the methodological basis of constructing the discipline system of education policy science.Starting from the structural level of educational policy as a discipline, this paper constructs three forms of the discipline system of educational policy, that is, the knowledge form is the core, and the organizational form is the foundation.The discipline system of educational policy in the form of activity.The first chapter is the definition of the core concept of the discipline system of educational policy.This chapter first defines the core concepts of the discipline system of educational policy, including "discipline", "discipline system", "educational policy system", "educational policy discipline system", and studies its connotation and extension.In order to construct the three forms of educational policy discipline system, define the concept boundary.The second chapter is the methodology of constructing the discipline system of educational policy.Based on the research of related concepts and guided by the basic theories of discipline theory and educational policy discipline, the methodology of constructing the discipline system of educational policy science is studied in depth.The third chapter is to construct the discipline system of educational policy.First of all, education policy as a discipline is divided into three forms on the structural level, and the relationship between the three forms is discussed, and three forms of constructing the discipline system of educational policy science are put forward.Secondly, starting from the different stages of the development of the discipline of educational policy science in China, this paper combs out the knowledge form of the discipline system of educational policy science, and on the basis of the knowledge form, constructs the organizational form and the activity form of the discipline system of education policy science.This paper analyzes the present situation of the three forms of the discipline system of educational policy science abroad, and then makes reference to the construction of the three forms of the discipline system of education policy science of our country, and consummates the discipline system of education policy science of our country.Chapter four is the research on the problems and countermeasures of educational policy discipline system in China.Through the analysis of 185 representative books and textbooks of education policy since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the interview and summary of experts on education policy, and the data collected and collated, it is concluded that the discipline system of education policy in our country is not perfect at present.The development of the three forms of educational policy discipline system is extremely unbalanced, and the construction of the educational policy discipline system of the organizational form and the activity form is relatively lagging behind and lacking.
