团体辅导对90后中职女生心理健康尤其性心理健康影响的实证研究

【摘要】：清末教育学家张謇曾说“女子教育是家庭之根本,女子无学则家庭教育不良,家庭教育不良,则社会趋向不正。”中职女生作为中国女性的一部分,其素质高低影响着民族的整体素质水平。女生进入中职这个阶段,面临着生理和心理双重发展,心理问题增多,尤其表现为情感方面的困惑。如何针对中职女生设计合适有效的团体辅导,帮助她们拥有健康的心理素质,变得越来越重要。本研究主要通过对贵州省机电学校一年级和二年级女生进行团体辅导,探索帮助中职女生提高心理健康水平和性心理健康水平,解决心理困惑的方法,使她们能够健康地融入到社会中,从而推动整个社会素质的提高。本研究运用调查法和准实验法等研究方法,选取贵州省机电学校一年级和二年级自然班女生60名作为被试,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行团体辅导,对照组不进行任何干预。对两组学生应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青春期性心理健康量表进行前测,两组学生未显示出明显差异。在对实验组干预8周后(每周进行一次团体辅导),对两组进行后测。结果显示,实验组的SCL-90和青春期性心理健康量表后测得分比对照组有显著性的改善,同时,实验组的SCL-90和青春期性心理健康量表后测得分都显著优于前测。研究表明,适合的团体辅导有助于提高中职女生心理健康水平及性心理健康水平,值得进一步验证后在学生教育管理工作中推广。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jian, an educator at the end of Qing Dynasty, said, "Women's education is the foundation of family. If women have no schooling, their education will be poor, then the society will tend to be wrong." As a part of Chinese women, the quality of secondary vocational school girls affects the overall quality of the nation. When girls enter the stage of secondary vocational school, they are faced with the double development of physiology and psychology, and their psychological problems are increasing, especially the emotional confusion. How to design appropriate and effective group counseling for secondary vocational school girls to help them have healthy psychological quality has become more and more important. This research mainly through the first grade and the second grade girls of Guizhou province electromechanical school carries on the group tutoring, explores to help the secondary vocational school girls to raise the mental health level and the sexual mental health level, solves the psychological confusion method. To enable them to integrate into society healthily, thus promoting the improvement of the quality of the whole society. In this study, 60 female students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 of Guizhou Electrical and Mechanical School were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. No intervention was given in the control group. Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Adolescent Mental Health scale were used in the pre-test of the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. After 8 weeks of intervention (group counseling once a week), the two groups were tested. The results showed that the scores of SCL-90 and adolescent mental health scale in the experimental group were significantly improved than those in the control group. At the same time, the scores of SCL-90 and puberty mental health scale in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the pre-test group. The research shows that the suitable group counseling is helpful to improve the mental health level and sexual mental health level of secondary vocational school girls, which is worthy of further verification and promotion in student education and management.
