【摘要】：正教育研究对象和教育研究服务对象一般可概括为两个方面:教育政策和教育实践。教育研究和服务的对象固然是教育政策和教育实践,但教育研究本身却体现为一种理论探索的过程和逻辑表达的结果。教育研究结果与教育决策者和教育实践的应用之间,历来存在一个能不能用、好不好用的问题,即使是受教育决策者和教育实践者委托研究的成果,能否为委托方直接应用也常常存在同样的问题。这个问题被形象地表述为教育理论与教育实践之间的"两层皮"现象,并且,

Although the object of educational research and service is educational policy and practice, educational research itself is embodied in the process of theoretical exploration and the result of logical expression.
