思想政治教育协同创新研究

【摘要】:随着思想政治教育学科的创立、发展、壮大,30多年来形成了涉及教育对象、内容、方法、目标、评估、保障体系等相关要素在内的一系列关于学科建设发展和解决具体实践问题的理论研究成果,为更好地看清形势、把握规律、解决实际问题提供了理论依据和指导。众所周知,思想政治教育创新发展是一个复杂、综合的系统工程,但目前关于该课题的研究,主要集中在高校思想政治教育、思想政治教育空间论、系统论、方法论等领域,对创新发展领域的研究多集中在内容、目标、过程、模式等单个要素或方向上,对思想政治教育协同创新的研究还不够系统深入。本研究应当以马克思主义理论为指导,着眼破解当前以知识灌输为本位的生存性、同质化、资源配置型教育模式所普遍存在的关键问题,如教育方式单调、教育资源琐碎、教育内容匮乏、教育主题隐晦、教育受众模糊、教育效果欠佳等,提升新时期思想政治教育的育人成效。从协同论的理论视域出发,就思想政治教育协同创新的理论基础、价值引领、参与主体、发展动力、实现过程、文化生态、保障体系、发展格局等问题进行探索研究,旨在构建思想政治教育协同创新理论体系,探寻思想政治教育向以能力为本位的发展型、人文化、资源整合型现代教育转变的创新发展之路。总的来说,思想政治教育协同创新存在“何以要”、“何以能”、“何之困”、“如何做”、“如何续”五个向度。“何以要”——“思想政治教育为何要协同创新”是研究前提,根源于思想政治教育本质特性和当前思想政治教育存在问题两个方面,是思想政治教育进行协同创新的必要性;“何以能”——“思想政治教育何以能协同创新”是研究基础,从系统论、方法论、逻辑学、发生学等角度,分析研究思想政治教育模型,可为协同创新提供理论支撑;“何之困”——“思想政治教育协同创新有其发展瓶颈”是研究导向,客观梳理当前思想政治教育存在的问题,可以为寻求创新发展之路提供目标和依据;“如何做”——“思想政治教育协同创新体系如何构建”是研究重点,从参与主体、发展动力、过程控制、生态空间、保障体系、建构格局等方面,展现了思想政治教育协同创新体系构建的基本框架;“如何续”——“思想政治教育协同创新如何实现可持续发展”是研究关键,要从发展规划层面就思想政治教育创新发展提出设想。思想政治教育和协同创新各有其理论基础,二者之间又存在内在联系。在马克思主义理论、中国传统文化思想、西方协同创新理论中,都有相关内容为思想政治教育协同创新提供理论支撑。思想政治教育协同创新范畴具有丰富内涵,包括思想政治教育目标协同、主体协同、内容协同、过程协同、空间协同、方法协同等。协同创新和思想政治教育的内在关联体现于现实需要和实现可能两个角度。思想政治教育协同创新的价值引领,展现了进行思想政治教育协同创新的现实意义。思想政治教育协同创新的价值之所在呈现于集成价值产生的吸引力、协同实践凸显的有效性、自身组织调节的适应性,思想政治教育协同创新的价值诉求贯穿于思想政治教育理念人文化、方法现代化、资源综合化、功能渗透化等不同层面,思想政治教育协同创新的价值目标分析包括目标的设置原则、建构要求、实现路径。思想政治教育协同创新的参与主体研究,需要搞清对象、理顺关系、认识功能、提出优化建议。主体区分为不同的类别、层次,各有其界定,参与主体之间又具有内在关联性,表现为关联的方式和过程。各参与主体在协同创新过程中的价值体现在存在效益、情感效益、沟通效益、协作效益、发展效益五个方面。参与主体关系优化则应主要考虑调整理念和路径。思想政治教育协同创新的发展动力问题,与思想政治教育内容、对象、过程、模式、目标等相关要素息息相关。思想政治教育协同创新的源动力来自于学理整合性需求、运行调适性需求和思考延展性需求。学理整合性需求的观点,导源于将现代思想政治教育与传统学理意义的思想政治教育进行对比,传统思想政治教育学理已经不能满足现代思想政治教育发展形势,因此需要从公民素养和公民道德教育、全球意识和全球视野培育、自主意识和竞争意识培育、科学发展观和生态文明意识培育、网络公民意识和网络伦理教育五个方面丰富思想政治教育内容,并倡导汲取其他学科的理论营养。关于运行调适性需求的观点,体现在从全面发展育人目标与物质功利主义间的重塑性调适、社会现实规范与教育理想规范之间的适应性搭配、新生群体活动特质与思想教育方式之间的融合性互动。关于思考延展性的观点,鉴于坚持继往开来、改革创新精神和可持续发展视野,思想政治教育协同创新必须坚持时代化、个性化、科学化。思想政治教育协同创新的过程控制问题,主要表现于影响因素、实施环节、功能发展三方面。对影响因素的分析,需要区分内部、外部和横向、纵向不同维度展开梳理,还要从主观因素和客观因素两个方面进行剖析。过程控制的实施环节,其基本模式是“计划—组织—评估”,涵盖了思想政治教育协同创新实施过程中方案制定、组织实施和评估反馈过程。思想政治教育协同创新的功能发展,集中于导向性功能、凝聚性功能、激励性功能、调节性功能、开发性功能、生态性功能、转化性功能七个基本功能。进行思想政治教育协同创新,不但要保证基本功能,还要注重功能拓展发挥,互惠知识共享、资源优化配置、行动最优同步、系统有效匹配是功能拓展发挥的重要途径。思想政治教育协同创新的文化生态,为思想政治教育协同创新提供了良好的文化氛围。思想政治教育协同文化有其基础内核。思想政治教育协同创新文化的思维意识体现在逆向思维、差异思维、补位思维等方面;思想政治教育协同创新文化的基本精神包含风险精神、独立精神、宽容精神等内容;思想政治教育协同创新文化的行动能力展现于交流沟通、对话合作、协调发展等领域。思想政治教育协同创新文化也有其存在特质:包容内聚力、开放外引力、平等向导力、分享生产力。思想政治教育协同创新文化的价值体现在其具有一定的活力表现:描述力、解释力、整合力、时效性、创造力。其中也不乏思想政治教育协同创新文化的培育动力:思想政治教育协同创新文化的调节资本、思想政治教育协同创新文化的生态模式、思想政治教育协同创新文化的动力机制、思想政治教育协同创新文化的潜力挖掘。思想政治教育协同创新的保障体系,宏观上区分了制度保障、物质保障、思想保障、环境保障、智力保障五个方面。具体而言,在制度保障上,治理现代化、法治化是制度保障的基础,只有坚持中国特色社会主义才能为思想政治教育协同创新提供根本的政治保证,只有坚持全面深化改革才能为思想政治教育协同创新提供不竭的动力,只有不断促进社会公平正义才能为思想政治教育协同创新创建优质的生态归宿。而经济常态化是思想政治教育协同创新的物质基础,价值高势位则发挥着精神指引作用,影响着育人导向和精神生产。营造协同氛围的基本思路是强化主体的责任意识、提升客体的感知能力、拓展媒介的渗透空间、增强舆论的积极能量。人才优势化是思想政治教育协同创新的智库资源,而这有赖于价值引领、人格感召、知识覆盖、科研吸引、实践渗透的“五位一体”育人模式。思想政治教育协同创新发展视域研究,是对思想政治教育可持续协同创新进行的前瞻性探讨。从理论视域看,思想政治教育协同创新应当尊重科学发展规律、从现实出发设计变革思路、遵循主体人性化标准、坚持育人根本目标、注重育人体系协调化、推动资源整合利用、持续深化理论研究、突出经验借鉴、持续探索改革创新。从实践格局看,要着力推动思想政治教育的学科发展、正确认识思想政治教育的双重属性、积极开拓思想政治教育的研究领域、切实加强思想政治教育的创新驱动。就思想政治教育协同创新未来研究方向来看,协同思维与知识创新是时代发展的必然选择,在协同思维与知识创新潜在的关联、思想政治教育创新体系重要的理论术语、坚定思想政治教育意识形态的导向、构建中国特色社会主义思想政治教育的话语体系、遵循科学的研究方法、科学和价值的趋同、为一切人的发展和人的全面发展等视域下,思想政治教育协同创新还有很多需要研究的课题。
[Abstract]:With the establishment, development and expansion of the subject of Ideological and political education, over the past 30 years, a series of theoretical research achievements concerning the development of the subject construction and the solution of specific practical problems have been formed, which involve the relevant elements such as educational objects, contents, methods, objectives, evaluation and security system. In order to better understand the situation, grasp the law and solve practical problems As we all know, the innovation and development of Ideological and political education is a complex and comprehensive system engineering, but the current research on this subject mainly focuses on the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, the space theory of Ideological and political education, system theory, methodologies and other fields, the research on the innovation and development of the field mostly focuses on the content, objectives, etc. This study should be guided by Marxist theory and focus on solving the key problems of the current knowledge-based education model, such as the existence, homogeneity, and resource allocation, such as monotony of education methods, teaching. The trivial educational resources, the lack of educational content, the obscure educational theme, the vague educational audience, the poor educational effect and so on, enhance the educational effect of Ideological and political education in the new period. The purpose of this paper is to construct a theoretical system of synergistic innovation of Ideological and political education, and to explore the way of innovation and development for the transformation of Ideological and political education into a capacity-based, humane and resource-integrated modern education. "Why" is the premise of the study, which is rooted in the essential characteristics of Ideological and political education and the existing problems of Ideological and political education, and is the necessity of the collaborative innovation of Ideological and political education. "How can the ideological and political education innovate synergistically" is the research foundation. Analyzing and studying the model of Ideological and political education from the perspectives of system theory, methodology, logic and genetics can provide theoretical support for the synergistic innovation. "What is the difficulty" - - "the synergistic innovation of Ideological and political education has its bottleneck of development" is the research orientation and objective. Combing the problems existing in the current ideological and political education can provide the goal and basis for seeking the road of innovation and development; "how to do" - - "how to construct the synergistic innovation system of Ideological and political education" is the key point of study, which shows the thought from the aspects of participation subject, development motive force, process control, ecological space, guarantee system and construction pattern. The basic framework for the construction of the system of political education synergistic innovation is how to continue - "how to realize the sustainable development of Ideological and political education synergistic innovation" is the key to the study, and it is necessary to put forward some ideas on the innovation and development of Ideological and political education from the perspective of development planning. To meet the development situation of modern ideological and political education, it is necessary to enrich the ideological and political education from five aspects: civic quality and civic moral education, global awareness and global vision, autonomy and competition awareness, scientific outlook on development and ecological civilization awareness, network civic awareness and network ethics education, and advocate them. The viewpoint of operational adjustment needs is embodied in the reshaping adjustment between the goal of all-round development of education and material utilitarianism, the adaptability collocation between social reality norms and educational ideal norms, and the integration and interaction between the characteristics of freshmen's group activities and the mode of ideological education. In view of persisting in the future, reforming the spirit of innovation and the vision of sustainable development, the cooperative innovation of Ideological and political education must be modernized, individualized and scientific. It is necessary to distinguish internal, external, horizontal, vertical and different dimensions, and to analyze the subjective and objective factors. The basic idea of synergetic atmosphere is to strengthen the sense of responsibility of the subject, enhance the perception of the object, expand the space of media penetration, and enhance the positive energy of public opinion. The research on the coordinated innovation and development of Ideological and political education is a prospective discussion on the sustainable and coordinated innovation of Ideological and political education. This goal is to pay attention to the coordination of the education system, promote the integration and utilization of resources, continue to deepen theoretical research, highlight the experience of reference, and continue to explore reform and innovation. Constructing the discourse system of socialist ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics, following the scientific research methods and the convergence of science and value, there are still many problems to be studied for the coordinated innovation of Ideological and political education in the perspective of the development of all human beings and the all-round development of human beings.
