学校究竟是什么样子

【摘要】：正从读书到教书,我30年来一直没有离开过学校。当拜读了《把学校办成"学校的样子"》(《人民教育》2017年第11期)一文,我禁不住思考和追问——学校究竟是什么样子?无论历史如何变迁,地域有何不同,学校终究是一个"地方"。这个地方,捷克教育家夸美纽斯称之为"造就人的工场";我国清代郑观应曰为"造就人才之地,治天下之本也";孙中山先生说是"文明进化之泉源也"。这不无道理。
[Abstract]:From school to teaching, I haven't left school for 30 years. When I read "how to make a School look like a School" ("people's Education" No. 11 in 2017), I couldn't help but think and ask-what exactly is a school like? No matter how history changes, no matter how different the region, the school is a place after all. In this place, Czech educationist Comenius called it the "workshop for the cultivation of human beings"; Zheng Guanying said in the Qing Dynasty that "the land where talents are created is the foundation for governing the world"; and Sun Zhongshan called "the fountain of civilization and evolution." This is not without reason.
