构建具有可操作性的德育测评指标

【摘要】："出乎道德"而又"合乎道德"是衡量道德行为的标尺,前者考察的是德育对象的行为动机,后者考察的是德育对象的道德行为本身,忽略任何一个要素都可能让德育评价流于形式,不利于学生道德的发展与提升。构建具有可操作性的德育测评指标以德育对象对德育内容的消化理解情况、接受认同情况、实践情况为现实依据,结合常模给出细化的德育测评指标,旨在克服传统量化测评弊端,发挥测评对德育的指导反馈作用,全面提升学校德育成效。
[Abstract]:"out of morality" and "moral" is the yardstick to measure moral behavior. The former examines the motive of the moral education object, while the latter examines the moral behavior of the moral education object itself. Neglecting any element may make moral education evaluation become a mere formality, which is not conducive to the development and promotion of students' morality. To construct an operable moral education evaluation index based on the moral education object's digestion and understanding of moral education content, acceptance of moral education content, practical situation as the realistic basis, combined with the norm to give the detailed moral education evaluation index. The purpose of this paper is to overcome the disadvantages of traditional quantitative evaluation, to give full play to the guidance and feedback of evaluation on moral education, and to improve the effectiveness of moral education in schools.
