大道无言:师生沟通的最高境界

【摘要】:正引导教师"行不言之教",培养学生听见教师"没有说出的话",可以帮助学生获得更深刻的道德理解和道德智慧,这正是提高德育实效的一种有效探索。大道无言,真正的"道"是难以用言语表达的,即老子所说的"道可道,非常道",但也并不是说"语言不能表达思想、道理、情感,而是说语言不能完全地、彻底地表达。"~([1])而老子的"处无为之事,行不言之教"的道德境界则以"道法自然"为理论实质,就道德教育而言,"行不言之教"就是不向学生强制灌输道德,而是以无言的行动感化学生。
