【摘要】:自我检查式教学法是根据教师布置的教学任务进行自主学习和提供具体动作标准表进行自我评估,提高学生在学习过程中的自信心和学习兴趣,培养学生独立思考问题和分析解决的能力。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实验研究法等研究方法,对常州外国语学校七年级的部分学生为实验对象进行十周的教学实验,主要研究自我检查式教学法对教师、学生以及学生的篮球专项素质、专项技术和体育学习兴趣的影响与作用,为我国初中篮球教学方法的改革和进一步完善体育教学理论与实践提供借鉴,丰富自我检查式教学方法,为提高初中篮球课的教学质量提供参考。实验结果表明:(1)自我检查式教学法对发展初中生身体素质有促进作用。在练习的过程中教师起到指导者的作用,课后教师进行自我反思,发现在教学设计中的不足并分析原因,进行改善。不断提升自己的专业水平,与老教师进行交流与总结,并不断完善自己,对提高教学效果有一定的促进作用。(2)自我检查式教学法对激发初中生的体育学习兴趣有内化作用。通过明确学习的要求,制定评价标准,建立指导方式、推进自主练习、掌握自主练习方法、自我评价动作、强化自我检查、加强反馈等自我检查式教学法的程序和环节,对激发学生学习兴趣起到了潜移默化的作用。(3)自我检查式教学法对初中生掌握篮球运动知识与技术有推动作用。自我检查式教学法做到精讲多练,增加了学生运动的时间,激发学生的学习兴趣、合作的自觉性、自我评价能力和学习习惯的养成。(4)自我检查式教学法对提高初中体育课堂教学质量有改善作用。自我检查式教学法对教师的教和学生的学结合得更默契,提高体育课堂教学质量适合在初中体育教学中推广应用。
[Abstract]:Self examination teaching method of autonomous learning and provide specific action standard table for self evaluation according to the teacher's teaching task, improve the students in the learning process of self-confidence and interest in learning, cultivate students' independent thinking and problem solving ability. This paper analysis the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, experimental research method and other research methods, some of the students in grade seven of Changzhou foreign language school as the experimental object for the ten week teaching experiment, mainly studies the self examination teaching method for teachers, students and students' basketball quality, influence and effect of special technology and physical education learning interest, to reform the teaching method of junior middle school basketball in China and further improve the theory and practice of PE teaching reference, enrich self examination teaching methods, in order to improve the teaching quality of basketball course in junior middle school Provide reference. Experimental results show that: (1) self examination teaching method can promote the development of junior high school students physical quality. Teachers play a guiding in the process of the exercise of the role of self reflection after class teachers, found deficiencies in the instructional design and analyze the causes and improve continuously improve their professional level., and the old teachers communicate and summed up, and constantly improve themselves, have a certain role in improving the teaching effect. (2) self examination teaching method is to stimulate the internalization of junior high school students' physical education learning interest. Through specific learning requirements, develop evaluation criteria, establish guidance, promote independent practice, grasp the independent practice method, self evaluation action, strengthen self inspection, strengthen the feedback and other aspects of the program and self examination teaching, to stimulate students' interest in learning plays a subtle role. (3) self check The teaching method of promoting the role of master basketball knowledge and skills of junior high school students. Self examination teaching method to Jingjiang more training, increase the student movement time, stimulate students' interest in learning, cooperation consciousness, cultivate the ability of self-evaluation and learning habits. (4) self examination teaching method on Junior High School PE teaching quality improved. Teaching and students' self examination teaching method for teachers to learn with more understanding, improve the quality of PE teaching is suitable for popularization and application in the junior middle school sports teaching.
