中学生网络暴力及其防治

【摘要】：随着现代科学技术的发展与网络的普及,互联网在给人们生活带来极大便利的同时,也暴露出负面的效应。近年来频繁发生的网络暴力事件给人们的网络活动和现实生活蒙上了一层阴影,不仅扰乱了正常的网络秩序,而且给人们的社会生活带来了威胁。尤其是网络暴力不断向中学生漫延,严重影响了中学生的身心健康。因此,中学生网络暴力的防范成为教育工作者必须面对和解决的现实问题。中学生网络暴力是中学生借助网络对他人造成实质性伤害的网络侵犯行为,行为双方多数是中学生,参与者以围观、跟风的心态居多,发生的地点大多在特定的青少年学生社交平台。主要表现为网络语言暴力和网络侵权行为。中学生网络暴力产生的原因在于:网络社会弊端的不良影响,网络场域的虚拟性和隐匿性为网络行为提供了掩护,网络行为的盲目性和从众性契合了中学生的从众心理和低分辨能力;中学生自身网络抵抗力薄弱,网络道德认知欠缺,网络依赖感强;网络环境中的低俗暴力(尤其以游戏的形式出现)的侵扰等。中学生网络暴力严重影响了中学生身心的健康发展,弱化了道德和法律的约束性,不利于中学生道德意识和法律意识的养成,干扰了中学校园的和谐环境,混淆了社会的善恶分辨边界。对中学生网络暴力的防治,首先是加强中学生自身网络行为的控制,强化中学生网络暴力危害及责任认知,针对中学生网络暴力的心理动机,培养其健康心理品质,提高中学生网络行为的分辨力和自控力;其次是提升中学生网络暴力的家庭功能,家长要使用正确的管教方式,构建和谐的家庭关系;第三是净化网络环境,加强网络监管,完善网络暴力的法律控制,加强网络运营商的行业规制,提高网络暴力防范的技术手段,为中学生创造一个健康规范的网络环境。

Prevention and treatment of middle school students' network of violence, the first is to control their own behavior to strengthen the students' network, Strengthen students network violence and responsibility cognition, the psychological motivation of middle school students in the network of violence, to cultivate their healthy psychological quality, improve students' network behavior resolution and self-control; second is to improve students' network violence family function, parents should use proper parenting style, harmonious family relations; third is to purify the network environment and to strengthen the network supervision, improve the legal control of internet violence, strengthen network operators industry regulation, technical means to improve the network violence prevention, to create a healthy network environment for middle school students.
