区域教育监测评估结果及其应用——以2017年奉贤区中小学学生“七彩成长”满意度调研为例

【摘要】：对上海市奉贤区84所中小学校23000余名学生的问卷调查结果显示:总体来看,学生对学校整体满意度很高,但对在校学习生活状态、学校后勤保障的满意度较低;具体来看,中职学校、民办学校学生的满意度略低于普通学校、公办学校学生,高年级学生的满意度略低于低年级学生,城乡学校学生的满意度仍有差距。为此,应该关注学生的身心发展规律,做好"管"与"放"的文章;要从体制机制层面进一步推进城乡教育一体化发展;要关注家校共育,建立和完善育人机制;要强化以学生为主体的区域教育监测评估体系建设。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey of more than 23000 students in 84 primary and middle schools in Fengxian District of Shanghai shows that the overall satisfaction of the students to the school is very high, but the study and living state of the school is very high. The satisfaction of school logistics support is low; Specifically, secondary vocational school, private school students' satisfaction is slightly lower than ordinary schools, public schools students, senior students' satisfaction is slightly lower than the lower grade students. There is still a gap between the satisfaction degree of students in urban and rural schools. Therefore, we should pay attention to the law of students' physical and mental development, and do a good job of "management" and "release" of the article; It is necessary to further promote the integration of urban and rural education at the level of system and mechanism; We should pay attention to the family and school education, establish and perfect the education mechanism; We should strengthen the construction of regional education monitoring and evaluation system with students as the main body.
