高中化学竞赛中后备创新人才的培养

【摘要】：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010-2020》指出创新人才培养模式要适应国家和社会发展需要,遵循教育规律和人才成长规律,深化教育教学改革,创新教育教学方法,探索多种培养方式,形成各类人才辈出、拔尖创新人才不断涌现的局面。化学教学也需要对后备人才培养开展深入研究,这是国家发展对人才的需要,是教学改革的需要,也是学生发展的需要。化学竞赛活动在我国开展的二十几年,对我国化学教育事业起到了积极的作用。随着此项活动的开展,人们逐渐认识到“化学奥林匹克”不只是简单的竞赛活动,而是一种大规模的、不断进行着的、不同形式与不同层次的、系列的、以竞赛为中心的教育活动。准确地讲,应该称为“化学奥林匹克教育”,是一种独立于常规教学之外的教学形式。其目的是在发现和培养化学人才的同时,提高中学化学教学水平。中学化学教育,作为科学教育之一,其目的是使学生在比较系统地掌握化学基础知识和化学基本技能的同时,受到良好的科学素养培养。本文在文献研究基础上,总结和归纳了培养后备创新人才的相关理论和实践方式;结合自身的教学条件,开展了高中化学竞赛中培养后备创新人才的教学实践,探索在当前江苏高考模式下化学后备创新人才培养的途径和方法。本文对竞赛的学生进行了问卷调查,并对已经进入大学的一部分优秀的竞赛选手进行了访谈,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式重点研究化学竞赛对学生思维品质和学习能力的短期影响和长远影响,更注重长远影响。该研究工作旨在帮助人们尽可能全面地认识和评价化学竞赛活动及化学竞赛对学生创新能力和综合素养培养的影响与意义,为高校选拔后备化学人才提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 points out that the innovative talent training model should meet the needs of the country and the society, follow the law of education and the law of talent growth, deepen the reform of education and teaching, and innovate the methods of education and teaching. Exploring a variety of training methods to form a situation in which all kinds of talented people emerge in large numbers and top innovative talents are constantly emerging. Chemistry teaching also needs to carry out in-depth research on the cultivation of reserve talents, which is the need of the national development for talents and the need of teaching reform. It is also the need of the development of students. The chemical competition has played a positive role in the chemical education in China for more than 20 years. With the development of this activity, People have come to realize that the "chemistry Olympics" is not just a simple competition, but a large-scale, ongoing, different form and different level, series of tourism-centric educational activities. It should be called "chemistry Olympic education", which is a kind of teaching form independent of conventional teaching. Its purpose is to improve the level of chemistry teaching in middle school while discovering and training chemistry talents. The purpose of this paper is to make students master the basic knowledge of chemistry and the basic skills of chemistry systematically, at the same time, they can be cultivated by good scientific literacy. This paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant theories and practical ways of cultivating reserve innovative talents, and develops the teaching practice of cultivating backup innovative talents in chemistry competition in senior high school in accordance with their own teaching conditions. This paper explores the ways and methods of cultivating innovative talents in chemistry reserve under the current mode of college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province. This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the students in the competition, and interviews some outstanding contestants who have already entered the university. The short-term and long-term effects of chemistry competition on students' thinking quality and learning ability were studied through questionnaires and interviews. The aim of this study is to help people to understand and evaluate as comprehensively as possible the impact and significance of chemical competitions on students' innovative ability and comprehensive literacy. It provides a certain reference for colleges and universities to select reserve chemical talents.
