初中班级自主管理的实践性探索

【摘要】:班级是学校管理结构中最基础的单元,班级管理的科学性、有效性对人才培养质量有着深远的影响。然而现实中初中班级管理存在许多问题,在诸多问题中,班主任权威绝对化问题最严重,直接影响到班级管理的顺利进行及其有效性。因此,笔者选择这个问题作为研究的重点,通过教师行动研究,尝试探索一种班级自主管理的新方式,以唤醒、发展学生的主体意识,以班级为载体,提供和创造学生主动成长的机会,以鼓励学生自主个性的成长,加强创新能力培养。论文探讨了班级自主管理问题的源起,明确了研究的意义与价值。通过对国内外班级自主管理已有研究成果的梳理,发现已有研究存在的不足与本研究新的生长点。以此为基础,设计本研究的行动方案,对班级自主管理进行实践性探索,重点描述了班级自主管理的规章制度建设、班级自主管理的文化建设、班级自主管理的活动开展、提出了班级自主管理的评价指标并进行了自评。对行动方案实施的重点环节和主要措施进行了详细记录。最后,总结班级自主管理的成效,并对整个行动研究进行了认真反思。主要发现仍存在的问题是:班级自主管理容易走向程式化;部分学生重视律人忽略律己;学生自主管理成为变相的学生干部管理;班主任的放权问题,相应提出了改进思路。
[Abstract]:Class is the most basic unit in the school management structure. The scientific and effective management of the class has a profound impact on the quality of talent training. However, in reality, there are many problems in junior middle school class management, among which, The problem of absolute authority of class teachers is the most serious, which directly affects the smooth progress of class management and its effectiveness. Therefore, the author chooses this problem as the focus of the research, through the teacher action research, Try to explore a new way of class autonomous management to awaken and develop students' consciousness of subject, take class as carrier, provide and create opportunities for students' active growth, in order to encourage the growth of students' autonomous personality. This paper discusses the origin of the problem of class autonomy management, and clarifies the significance and value of the research. On the basis of this, the author designs the plan of action of this study, explores the practice of the class autonomous management, and describes emphatically the construction of the rules and regulations of the class autonomous management, and finds out the deficiency of the existing research and the new growing point of this study. The cultural construction of class autonomous management, the activities of class autonomous management, the evaluation index of class autonomous management and the self-evaluation are put forward. The key links and main measures of the implementation of the action plan are recorded in detail. This paper summarizes the effect of class autonomy management, and makes a serious reflection on the whole action research. The main problems still exist are: class autonomy management tends to be stylized, some students attach importance to the discipline, and some students ignore the discipline. The independent management of students becomes the management of student cadres in disguise.
