【摘要】：正中小学教师的工资或收入状况不仅是教师个人的切身利益所在,而且关系着教师职业社会声望与经济地位,影响着中小学教师供给水平和队伍稳定,也是国家、地方教育财政制度的重要组成部分。因此,教师收入是一个十分复杂的基础性问题。2015年,中央启动了新一轮机关事业单位工资制度改革,中小学教师工资制度改革也随之成为政府和公众关注的焦点。本轮中小学教师工资制度改革既关注提高教师工资水平,更关注如何调整教师工资结构和财政保障机制以建立适应市场经济要求的教师工资体制,可以说教师工资改革正重新踏入"深水
