分子生物学中“遗传密码”概念在中国的传播

【摘要】：在1953-1968年间遗传密码表建立过程的历史背景下,揭示遗传密码概念的演变及其在中国的传播.从内史角度厘清"基因"与"遗传密码"在概念上的不同;利用文献研究法、概念分析法和比较研究法,揭示了20世纪70年代后遗传密码在中国中学生物教科书中出现的历史进程,结果显示,遗传密码概念在中国基础教育层面的渗透和传播反映了人们在分子水平上理解遗传现象的意识的提高;凭借数理统计法分析,说明了"遗传密码"作为分子生物学中的核心问题之一在学术界激起了一定程度的研究兴趣.
[Abstract]:In the historical background of the establishment process of genetic code table from 1953 to 1968, this paper reveals the evolution of genetic code concept and its spread in China. From the perspective of internal history, it clarifies the difference between "gene" and "genetic code" in concept. The conceptual analysis method and the comparative research method reveal the historical process of genetic code appearing in Chinese middle school biology textbooks after 1970s. The results show that, The penetration and spread of the concept of genetic code at the basic education level in China reflects the increasing awareness of understanding genetic phenomena at the molecular level. It is shown that "genetic code", as one of the core problems in molecular biology, has aroused a certain degree of interest in academic circles.
