需要层次理论在初一思想品德课教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:马斯洛需要层次理论是重点强调关于人的动态以及多层需要为主要内容的理论,在关心和重视人的生存和全面发展上,给广大一线教师和教育工作者提供了理论指导。初中思想品德教师关注人文关怀思想的应用和探究,在工作中渗透需要层次理论有助于提高思想品德教学的有效性,为初中学生的人生观和价值观的积极引导营造一个温馨关怀的氛围。本文结合初一年级学生的实际情况,了解学生面对新的环境、教师和同学的相关处境,立足于需要层次理论在初一思想品德课教学中应用有其独特的意义。本文从三个方面展开讨论,第一部分从马斯洛需要层次理论概述展开,探讨和分析需要层次理论的内容和特点。由于现在处于一线的初中思想品德教师对于需要层次理论的了解不够深入,在认识和应用上还存在着许多问题,本部分讨论为教师应用需要层次理论提供了相关理论的指导。第二部分针对需要层次理论对初一思想品德课教学的指导意义展开讨论,它的应用有利于满足学生的各层次的需要,有利于尊重学生的主体性地位,有利于优化课堂教学效果,有利于建立良好的师生关系以及最终有利于实现思想品德课的教学目标。第三部分是根据需要层次理论在初一思想品德教学中的运用展开研究,通过对学习者、教材等方面的分析,安排教学内容并提出教学建议,并以《珍惜无价的自尊》一课为例,根据实际课堂效果,讨论如何运用需要层次理论,探讨出解决问题的可行性措施。初一学生处于心理和生理发育的关键时期,思想品德教师处于初中德育培养的前沿,在应用需要层次理论的过程中,教师要了解学生的学习和心理压力的需要,帮助学生更好的融入初中的生活。具体地,应用需要层次理论有助于缓解刚入校的新生对校园新环境的忧虑,对同学之间新友谊的担心,对师生之间是否能和谐相处的压力,达到引导学生成才成人,满足学生自我实现的需要的目的,从而更好的构建师生关系,引导学生全面发展。
[Abstract]:Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs is a theory that emphasizes the dynamics of human beings and multi-level needs as the main content, and pays attention to the survival and all-round development of human beings. It provides theoretical guidance to teachers and educators. Junior middle school ideological and moral teachers pay attention to the application and exploration of humanistic care, and permeate the theory of need level in their work to help improve the effectiveness of moral teaching. To create a warm and caring atmosphere for the positive guidance of the outlook on life and values of junior high school students. According to the actual situation of junior high school students, we can understand the students' new environment and the relative situation of teachers and classmates. It is of special significance to apply the theory of hierarchy of needs to the teaching of ideological and moral education in the first year of junior high school. This paper discusses from three aspects, the first part of which is an overview of Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs. This paper discusses and analyzes the content and characteristics of the theory of hierarchy of needs. There are still many problems in understanding and applying the theory of need hierarchy because the moral teachers in junior middle school who are now in the front line do not have a deep understanding of the theory of the level of need. This part of the discussion for teachers to apply the theory of need hierarchy to provide relevant theoretical guidance. The second part of the need for the level of the theory of ideological and moral teaching in the guiding significance of the discussion, Its application is beneficial to meet the needs of students at all levels, to respect students' subjective status, and to optimize the classroom teaching effect. The third part is the research on the application of the theory of hierarchy of needs in the teaching of ideological and moral character in the first year of junior high school, and through the study of the learners, it is beneficial to establish a good teacher-student relationship and finally realize the teaching goal of ideological and moral education. This paper analyzes the teaching materials, arranges the teaching contents and puts forward some teaching suggestions, and takes the lesson "cherish priceless Self-esteem" as an example. According to the actual classroom effect, it discusses how to apply the theory of the hierarchy of needs. This paper discusses the feasible measures to solve the problem. The junior high school students are in the critical period of psychological and physical development, the ideological and moral teachers are in the forefront of moral education in junior high school, and in the process of applying the theory of hierarchy of needs, Teachers should understand the needs of students' learning and psychological pressure, and help students better integrate into the life of junior high school. Specifically, the application of the theory of hierarchy of needs can help to alleviate the anxiety of freshmen who have just entered the school about the new campus environment. The worry about the new friendship between the students and the pressure on whether the teachers and students can get along harmoniously can lead the students to become adults and meet the needs of the students' self-realization so as to better construct the teacher-student relationship and guide the students to develop in an all-round way.
