基于核心素养培养的基础教育课程标准建设

【摘要】:核心素养被视为是21世纪信息社会公民"必备的"质素,培养学生核心素养已成为未来学校教育的基本任务与发展趋势,世界许多发达国家都在进行基于培养核心素养的教育研究,并建立了相应的课程体系与课程标准。基于核心素养培养的基础教育课程标准应该具有科学性、普适性、系统性、明确性、稳定性和发展性的特征,其建设需要从六个方面着手:科学确定学生的核心素养要素,统筹规划课程标准的逻辑体系,严格遵循课程标准的文本结构,确切运用课程标准的条款语言,科学划定课程标准的教育时段,妥善处理"核心素养"与"课程目标"的关系。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the core literacy is regarded as the "essential" quality for the citizens of the information society. Training students' core literacy has become the basic task and development trend of school education in the future. Many developed countries in the world are carrying out educational research based on the cultivation of core literacy, and have established the corresponding curriculum system and curriculum standard. The basic education curriculum standard based on the cultivation of core literacy should be scientific, universal and systematic. The characteristics of clarity, stability and development should be constructed from six aspects: scientific determination of students' core literacy elements, overall planning of the logical system of curriculum standards, strict adherence to the text structure of curriculum standards, Using the language of terms of curriculum standard, scientifically defining the educational period of curriculum standard, properly dealing with the relationship between "core accomplishment" and "curriculum goal".
