功能性训练对中学生身体素质影响效果的实验研究

【摘要】:随着现代学校体育的不断发展,特别是现代科研仪器的使用,学校体育教学一线的教师也不断引入新的教学方法进行教学,在提高学生身体素质效果方面不断取得进步。近些年来,以功能性训练为代表的身体素质训练受到各专业运动队的关注,并在各专业运动队的实践过程中取得了较好的效果,运动成绩显著提高。为提高中学生身体素质,丰富中学体育教学训练理论,将功能性训练方法引入中学生身体素质训练具有现实意义。运用文献法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等方法研究功能性训练对普通中学生身体素质的影响,以期为普通中学生教学在提高学生身体各项素质及高质量完成各种运动动作提供一定的参考与借鉴。研究结果表明:经过10周的训练,对实验组和对照组受试者各身体素质指标进行统计分析,2组实验对象都较实验前有不同程度的提高,实验组受试者身体素质的提高效果明显优于对照组,实验组在坐位体前屈、立定跳远、前抛实心球等三项成绩都明显优于对照组。实验结果证明,功能性训练能够促进中学生的力量素质、柔韧素质和速度素质的提高,提高中学生的运动能力,对身体素质影响的效果显著,是一项比较简单易行的训练手段。对照组经课外活动后,只有坐位体前屈的提高幅度最大,而实验组通过10周功能性训练后,受试者坐位体前屈、立定跳远与前抛实心球的成绩提升幅度都很明显,对50米跑以及15米折返跑成绩也有影响。在测试的5项身体素质中,实验组与对照组受试者坐位体前屈增幅差值最大,其他4项的增幅差值显著。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern school physical education, especially the use of modern scientific research instruments, teachers in school physical education teaching line are also constantly introducing new teaching methods to carry out teaching. In recent years, the physical fitness training represented by functional training has attracted the attention of various professional sports teams, and has achieved good results in the practice of professional sports teams. In order to improve the physical fitness of middle school students and enrich the theory of physical education training in middle school, it is of practical significance to introduce the functional training method into the physical fitness training of middle school students. The effects of functional training on the physical quality of middle school students were studied by mathematical statistics. The purpose of this study is to provide some reference and reference for the teaching of ordinary middle school students in improving their physical quality and completing various sports movements with high quality. The results of the study show that: after 10 weeks of training, Statistical analysis on the indexes of body quality of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group. The subjects in the two groups were improved in different degrees than before. The effect of the improvement of the body quality of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the experimental group was flexion in the sitting position. The results show that functional training can improve the strength, flexibility and speed of middle school students and improve their sports ability. After extracurricular activities, the improvement of body flexion in the control group was the largest, while in the experimental group, after 10 weeks of functional training, the subjects were flexion in the sitting position. The results of standing long jump and throwing solid ball were obviously improved, which also affected the results of 50m race and 15m reentry race. Among the 5 items of physical quality tested, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was the biggest in the increase of body flexion in sitting position. The other four items showed significant margin of increase.
