新疆民族健身操在克拉玛依市中学的推广研究

【摘要】:新疆是位于中国西部的一个少数民族聚集地,这里的人民在不断的辛勤劳作中,孕育并传承下来各类少数民族舞蹈。这些舞蹈是人们在各种祭祀、文化节日、庆典活动中的一种心灵释放,是人们劳作之余的精神寄予,把这个项目进行科学有效的整理、编排、推广,这有利于民族传统体育健身项目的保护与抢救、传承与发展,有利于满足民族地区健身娱乐需求和全民健身的实施,有利于民族文化的传承、了解与沟通,促进民族团结。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法等方法进行研究,对克拉玛依市中学体育教师(12位)和初二学生(345名)分别进行调查和实验,通过问卷与体质测试得出相关结论,希望找到在中学生中推广民族健身操的最优化形式。中学阶段是学习课业负担最重的阶段,希望民族健身操这种在音乐的伴奏下体验运动快乐的形式在中学中传播开来,即在音乐声中精神得到放松,且在简单的操化中身体得到锻炼,还能很自然的了解到各民族的优秀文化,能够自主选择新疆民族健身操去自觉锻炼,养成良好的运动习惯。研究表明:1、克拉玛依市缺乏民族健身操及相关专业的老师,而现任体育教师培训及自我学习力度不足,教学中没有有针对性的教学内容,存在目标不明确,以致学生学习兴趣有所欠缺,中学民族健身操的后续开展工作未得到有效落实。2、克拉玛依市中学多数师生认为在继续推广新疆民族健身操表示赞同,师生在推广必要性的认知上没有差异,一致认为民族健身操不仅可以丰富体育课堂的内容,了解更多民族文化,还可方便学校甚至校外大型活动的开展,进一步向公众展示民族健身操的风采,推进民族文化的传播。3、克拉玛依市中学师生对民族健身操都有较大兴趣,对推广开设形式的认知相同,都一致认为课内外一体化形式是推广的最好方式,但三个实验组对民族健身操的感兴趣程度存在显著差异,课内外一体化组感兴趣程度最高,学生对表演场上的感知和留下深刻印象阶段的结果可知,课内外一体化形式对学生的认知度提升最高,且在继续参与民族健身操学习方面,该组也显示最高。4、民族健身操推广后师生们都很喜欢维吾尔族舞蹈与健美操相结合的形式,安排课时能够满足学生们身体锻炼需求;健身操的推广提高了实验学生对民族文化的认识,加强了民汉学生之间的交流,提升了民族健身操的兴趣程度,以及在一定程度上传承了民族文化,有利于民族团结,进一步维系社会稳定。5、新疆民族健身操是中等强度的项目,三个实验组在实验前后测试三项指标的数据存在不同程度的变化,其中又以课内外一体化组身体素质的各项指标变化最为明显。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is a minority gathering area in western China, where the people are constantly working hard, breeding and inheriting all kinds of minority dance.These dances are a kind of spiritual release of people in various sacrifices, cultural festivals, celebrations and activities. They are the spirit that people place on their spare time. They arrange, arrange, and popularize this project scientifically and effectively.This is conducive to the protection, rescue, inheritance and development of national traditional sports fitness projects, to meet the fitness and entertainment needs of national areas and the implementation of national fitness, is conducive to the inheritance of national culture, understanding and communication, and promoting national unity.Through the methods of literature, questionnaire and experiment, this study investigated and experimented on 12 middle school PE teachers and 345 junior high school students in Karamay, and got the relevant conclusions by questionnaire and physical fitness test.Hope to find the best form of promoting national aerobics in middle school students.The middle school stage is the most burdensome stage of learning. I hope that the form of national aerobics, which experiences the joy of sports under the accompaniment of music, will spread throughout the middle school, that is, the spirit of relaxation in the sound of music.And in the simple exercise of the body get exercise, but also can understand the excellent culture of the various nationalities, can choose the Xinjiang national aerobics to exercise consciously, develop good sports habits.The research shows that there is a lack of teachers of national aerobics and related majors in Kelamayi City, while the current PE teachers have insufficient training and self-study, there is no targeted teaching content in teaching, and the goals are not clear.As a result, the students' interest in learning is lacking, and the follow-up work of the national calisthenics in middle schools has not been effectively implemented. Most of the teachers and students of Karamayi middle schools think that they are continuing to promote Xinjiang national aerobics to express their approval.There is no difference between teachers and students in the cognition of the necessity of popularizing. It is agreed that national aerobics can not only enrich the contents of the physical education class and understand more national cultures, but also facilitate the development of large-scale activities in schools and even outside schools.To further demonstrate to the public the demeanour of national aerobics and to promote the spread of national culture. The teachers and students of Karamay City have greater interest in national aerobics, and they have the same understanding of the form of promotion of the opening.They all agreed that the form of integration in and out of class was the best way to promote it, but there were significant differences in the degree of interest in national aerobics among the three experimental groups, and the degree of interest in the group of integration within and outside the class was the highest.The students' perception of the performance field and the results of the impressed stage show that the integration of the in-class and after-class forms has the highest awareness of the students, and they continue to participate in the study of national aerobics.The group also showed that the highest. 4, after the promotion of national aerobics, teachers and students are very fond of Uygur dance and aerobics combined form, arranged classes can meet the students' physical training needs;The popularization of aerobics improves the experimental students' understanding of national culture, strengthens the communication between the students of the people and Han, promotes the interest of the national aerobics, and inherits the national culture to a certain extent, which is conducive to national unity.To further maintain social stability. 5. Xinjiang national calisthenics is a moderate intensity item. The data of the three experimental groups tested before and after the experiment have varying degrees.Among them, the physical quality of the class-in-class group the most obvious changes in physical quality.
