高中化学有限教学的教学行为研究

【摘要】:教学中,教师需要依据化学课程标准,遵循学生的发展规律,以有限的教学资源为基础,利用自身有限的认识、分析和判断能力对教学内容进行重新组合,通过多种多样的行为手段呈现给学生,以获得学生全面发展的高效教学。否则,教学会出现超标、超纲、超时等过度现象,或教学盲目、效果欠缺等不足现象。总之,化学教学是有限的,教学行为也是有限的,会受到化学课程标准、教学目标、教学主体自身因素、教学资源及教学时空等因素限制和影响。本文在查阅大量相关文献、学习相关理论的基础上,分析化学教学行为的有限性,深入高中化学课堂后发现教师对教学行为的认识、观念及其操作均存在不足。进一步调查,了解到高中化学教师教学行为存在科学理论指导不够、多以教学经验为基础、教学行为技术化、限制性突出、缺乏突破性等问题。因此,化学教师应重视相关理论的学习,强化教学行为有限性的观念,优化改善教学行为、适度教学、量力而行,实现高效教学。
[Abstract]:In teaching, teachers need to recombine the teaching contents according to the chemistry curriculum standard, follow the law of students' development, take limited teaching resources as the foundation, utilize their own limited cognition, analyze and judge the content of teaching. Through a variety of behavioral means presented to students in order to achieve comprehensive development of high-efficiency teaching. Otherwise, the teaching will appear excessive phenomenon, such as over-standard, over-outline, overtime, or teaching blind, lack of effect and other insufficient phenomena. In short, chemistry teaching is limited and teaching behavior is limited, which will be restricted and influenced by chemistry curriculum standard, teaching goal, teaching subject's own factors, teaching resources and teaching time and space. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and learning relevant theories, this paper analyzes the limitation of chemistry teaching behavior, and finds out that teachers' understanding of teaching behavior, ideas and operation are insufficient after going deep into chemistry classroom in senior high school. Through further investigation, it is found that the teaching behavior of chemistry teachers in senior high school is lack of scientific and theoretical guidance, based on teaching experience, technicalization of teaching behavior, protruding limitation, lack of breakthrough and so on. Therefore, chemistry teachers should pay attention to the study of relevant theories, strengthen the concept of limited teaching behavior, optimize and improve teaching behavior, moderate teaching, and do according to their capabilities, so as to achieve efficient teaching.
