论基础教育现代化2030的前景展望与路径选择

【摘要】:基础教育现代化目前面临价值取向、体系结构、治理机制、发展水平等方面问题,纵观国内外教育发展的趋势,重新勾勒一幅由宏观、中观、微观三个维度构成的基础教育现代化2030年的理想图景对实现基础教育现代化2030至关重要,宏观图景关注学校教育系统与外部环境的良性互动及学习型社会的形成,中观图景关注"立交桥"式的学校教育系统构建,微观图景关注以学生与学习为中心重塑学校教育过程。推进基础教育现代化走向未来的总体思路是以人的现代化为中心,以质量提升为主题,以整体规划与梯度推进并重为策略,基本路径是制度建设、"示范区引领"、"以评促建"。
[Abstract]:At present, the modernization of basic education is faced with problems such as value orientation, system structure, governance mechanism, development level and so on. The ideal vision of basic education modernization in 2030, which consists of three microcosmic dimensions, is very important to realize the modernization of basic education in 2030. The macro picture focuses on the benign interaction between the school education system and the external environment and the formation of a learning society. The meso view pays attention to the construction of the school education system of the "overpass" type, while the microscopic view focuses on reshaping the process of school education with students and learning as the center. The overall idea of advancing the modernization of basic education to the future is to take the modernization of people as the center, the quality improvement as the theme, and the overall planning and gradient promotion as the strategy. The basic path is institutional construction, "demonstration zone leading" and "promoting construction by evaluation".
